An amazing property in Mayo in the west coast of Ireland. 5 Star Quality Standard without the price. This property has been decorated to the highest standard of modern décor while still retaining a cosy home from home feel.

The property is located on the outskirts of Ballina town in a quiet Estate with wonderful views of Nephin mountain range. It is a two story house with downstairs entrance hall, sitting room, kitchen/diner, utility room and WC.

The house has private parking for 2 cars.

The space
The house is fully equipped for self-catering with all mod cons, Sky TV (French/German/Irish/English Language Channels). The living room features a beautiful solid fuel built-in stove for cosy nights in. Kitchen and living room has been fitted with 2 USB sockets for mobile phone charging capability (no mobile phone charger only power lead required!).

You also have access to a relaxing private back garden with seating to while away the night and watch the sun go down. Alternatively if there is a chill in the air you can cuddle up on the couch in the living room in front of a solid fuel stove.

Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, one of which has two single beds and a master bedroom ensuite featuring a double bed. There is also a bathroom with shower and bath for the ultimate relaxation after a busy day sightseeing. The bathroom features a modern countertop porcelain wash basin and a mirror with LED lighting surround for that 4 Star hotel feeling. The house has facility for 6 people with two double beds and two single beds.

If you decide to go out for a meal or drinks the nearest pub /restaurant is only a 10 minute walk / 3 min drive away. There is a supermarket within a 4 minute drive. The main town of Ballina with its world famous River Moy Salmon fishing, numerous pubs, restaurants, cinema, Museums, 2 outdoor and 1 indoor kids playgrounds, beautiful Belleek woods and picnic area with adjacent running track, Golf Course, Horse riding, Archery, Clay Pigeon shooting, hiking, surfing, Swimming pool and Leisure Centre and 3 Blue flag beaches within a 15 minute drive.

Ballina is a world renowned for its salmon fishing on the famous River Moy but that is just one of the numerous activities which can be availed of. It is a charming friendly town with a population of 11,000 with many shops and services. Should you just prefer to have a relaxing holiday without traveling around it has beautiful river walks, parks and numerous leisure centres. You also could just walk along the quay, stop for a coffee and soak up the atmosphere gazing at all the boats on the river.
