A charming attic studio, ideal for young couples. It is located next to Gran Via, in the quarter of Chueca, the most cosmopolite in Madrid, famous for the shops and cultural offer
Warm, cozy apartment ideal for young couples as it is located in a 5th floor with elevator. The refurbishment of this atti studio was made by famous architects that create a spacious area for this 35 sq. meters apartment. Only the bedroom is separated of the living room by a wall which works also as a the head of the bed. The custom-made furniture have been specially designed to take advantage of the space. The white macael marbel floors, the exposed beams on the ceiling, the furniture and the white walls create a spacious atmosphere around, also quite luminous. (The apartment has a safety deposit box so you can save your documents).
It has a great location next to Gran Via in the quarter of Chueca, in Libertad Street, just next to the famous restaurant “el Bocaíto”, that offers traditional Spanish food.
The “Café libertad” is an interesting meeting point for those interested in culture, with daily shows, storytellers, poetry, and songwriters.
Furthermore, if you wish to enjoy a relaxing evening with your couple, in the same Libertad Street there is a Massage and physical therapy center called “Ya no me duele” whose interesting prices offer relaxing treatments strongly recommended.
At the end of the street is placed the recently refurbished San Anton Market, a traditional place of the quarter, with bar terraces and restaurants on the attic floor.
Going down Gran Via street, you will reach Plaza that flows into the Paseo del Prado, which houses the so called triangle of arts: Thyssen Museum, Caixa Forum, Prado Museum and Reina Sofia Art Gallery.
A great choice, as this charming apartment will delight you!

Small but cozy place and very good located in Chueca.
Its a 5th floor without elevator that could be a problem if you have a lot of baggage. We didnt know that the building are under refactions so everytime that we get into the building we had to pass by all the debris and dust. And also during the day was very noisy because of the construction. Eventhough the construction its a good apt, well decorated but not recommended for tall people.
My husband and I spent four days in Cueca. Pablo's apartment is in an excellent location and is full of everything that we needed to be comfortable. We especially enjoyed the updated amenities, the windows in the flat and the size of the bathroom. The stairs were hard on my husband's knees and he is also a bit tall, so he couldn't use the kitchen easily. However, we knew this would be the case when we rented Pablo's attic flat.
A small but very nice and tastefully furnished appartement. We stayed there for 5 days in middle of september and found there eveything we needed. The location is perfect and almost everything is in walking distance. Even if its location is very central, it was suprisingly quiet.
Pablo is a very nice an helpful person. We really enjoyed our stay and would choose it again. We can really reccomend it.
It is a very nice place. It looks exactly like in the picture. I would like to check in earlier than 15:00 and the host came exactly on time as they told me. I was really relax and enjoy to stay there. It's a pity that I have to leave that place earlier than I have planed. It was clean and it is at the center which is convenience to go everywhere in Madrid. There is everything you need in the kitchen. I think I will come back to this place again when I go to Madrid next time. :)
Great apartment in a great location!
All in all, a great experience in the heart of chueca; In a small well presented studio-appartment situated on the last floor (5th) of the building. Unless you are going to carry heavy grocery bags all the way up, your fine! The metro is in very short walking distance and you have great cafe´s, shops and bars around the area. Including the very popular market "mercado de san antón" around the corner.
The facilities worked very well and we had plenty of towels and sheets. and was also provided with a hairdryer.
The wifi is a plus! Also, the procedure for check in/out went very smoothly.
So, if your looking for a cute place to stay in the heart of madrid, this is a great option!!
We stayed for 4 days. Everything was really easy. We met on time, got the keys, a few words of introduction and could leave the keys on the counter when we left.
The apartment is in a really nice location and you shouldn't miss going to the TIGRE right around the corner since they serve awesome amounts of tapas to every drink for free.
The place was clean and as expected, even though the ceiling is even lower than it appears on the pics, but it was stated by various ppl, so no surprise.
No 5 stars, only because you couldn't fix the shower head, which I find quite annoying and shouldn't be to hard to notice and fix.
In a few words: great place, great location (in the middle of Chueca, the coolest neighbourhood of Madrid), very quiet.
Two things you should know: it's on the 5th floor, and no elevator, and given that it's an attic, the appartment in some places is quite low.
But if you're not 2 metres tall and in very bad shape, this is definitely a very nice spot to be!
Wonderful experience! The attic is very nice and comfortable. There is everything you need in a small space. I recommend it for a nice stay in Madrid!
Pablo's apartment is in an ideal location in the heart of Chueca. I enjoyed my stay.
Great location : between Plaza de Chueca and Gran Via, walking distance to everything, in front of the beautiful "Mercado de San Anton" and lots of nice restaurants near-by. There is also an "express" bus to the airport 5 minutes away.
Even though Pablo seems to manage many other locations, he was very nice and responded quickly to our messages, as well as the the person helping him.
The flat is small but cute and very nice : little kitchen (we did not use), an OK bathroom and cosy bedroom. However, we had the impression that the owner doesn't really live in there and that the flat is for rental purposes only but this was not a problem for us.
All in all we had a good stay. I'd recommend without hesitation this place if you are coming to Madrid. Don't think twice, stay here it's lovely and incredubly well located !
