Excellent modern apartment, comfortable and very bright, with a large terrace from which you can enjoy quietly the Historic Center of Ourense. Located in one of the most emblematic squares of the Historic District. Unbeatable location. A just 2 minutes walk from the Cathedral and the Plaza Mayor.

The space
The apartment is located in the Historical Center near all the places of interest, however it is a very quiet and quiet area of the Historic District. Located in one of the most emblematic squares of the Historic District. Unbeatable location.
The area has several nearby supermarkets: Froiz, Eroski, as well as bars, restaurants, greengrocers, bakeries, etc. There is also a green area with a large park.
The old town is pedestrian, but in the surroundings there are free parking areas, blue zone squares (it works from Monday to Saturday in the morning) as well as private parking.
In the surroundings there are very nice villages to see: Allariz, Celanova, Ribadavia and the area of the Ribeira Sacra, with the impressive Sil Canyons, etc.
