The space
ENTIRE home just for you and yours!
1st floor consists of 4 apartments (numbered 1, 2,3 & 4) with a total of 4 rooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens (no oven), 1 kitchenette, 4 queen beds, 3 living-rooms with 3 full size sofa-beds and a love-seat. Each room has private bathroom. All rooms on the 1st floor are interconnected and can be opened to create and amazing open space and closed for family or friends to have their private space.
On 2nd floor you have 3 apartments (numbered 5, 6 & 7) that can also be interconnected through a hallway. These spaces are composed of 4.5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 kitchen (no oven). Our new Master Suite is located in Apt 5, it has 1 queen size, 4 single beds and 1 sofa bed, it also has 2 bathrooms where the master bathroom has its own private Jacuzzi. Apt. 6 has 1 queen size, Apt 7. has 1 queen bed and 1 twin-bed with pull-out twin bed. Apartment 7 is an open space with a partition of two spaces without a door (similar to an office space). 2nd floor apartments have their own deck and direct access to the 3rd floor terrace.
Our property can comfortably accommodate up to 23 adults. Please note that there is an additional fee of $25 per night for each guest over the age of 2 beyond the first 16 guests. To ensure we have everything ready for your stay, please confirm the total number of guests 48 hours before check-in. We will send out the money request for any additional guests at that time. No additional guests will be permitted after this confirmation unless the host is notified in advance.

Other things to note
We're thrilled to have you as our guest and want you to feel right at home during your stay at our property in Puerto Rico. To ensure your comfort, we've provided freshly laundered bed linens and towels for your use, including one bath towel and one beach/pool towel per guest. We also have at least two beach chairs and an ice cooler for you to take to the beach.
To help make your vacation start off on the right foot, we've included some disposable amenities such as body wash and shampoo for each bathroom, three garbage bags, one roll of paper towel, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one dish soap, and one dish sponge. While we've made sure to provide you with the essentials, please keep in mind that we do not offer unlimited disposable amenities. It's your responsibility to review the amenities we've provided and stock up on anything else you may need for your stay.
