Our cabin offers an open plan living space, you have all come away to spend time together and here you can relax and prepare a meal whilst others maybe playing a board game or watching TV. We have a huge new redwood deck with privacy fence for an enjoyable outside dining experience. We are PET FRIENDLY.

  • We had a great time in Joanne's house. It's beautifully located in the middle of the forest and offers all you need for some relaxing days in the nature. Hot tub, fire place and a modern BBQ are in perfect condition.

Joanne has been a great host, very helpful and proactive in her communication with us.
If I go back to Lake Tahoe, this house is going to be my first choice.

  • The Wigley-Baldwin cabin was exactly what our group of 3 couples and 2 singles were looking for! Huge, stocked kitchen, large communal dining table, brand new hot tub, and a big tv with classics on VHS including Terminator 2 and Being John Malkovich. Great attention to detail, immaculately clean, lots of fluffy towels, and everything we could have asked for. Will have to come back to this place!

  • I hosted eleven girls for my sister's 25th birthday in the perfect spot. We spent the entire day on the private beach at Sunnyside and the evenings on the deck of the cabin. The family room/kitchen is perfect for a get together and tons of big bedrooms. Fantastic weekend.
Thank you for being so cool Jo!

  • Myself and eight friends stayed in Jo's cabin for 3 nights. The cabin had plenty of space for the nine of us. There were enough beds where everyone had their own. While we didn't take advantage of it there was also a large chest full of board games to play, we had brought our own games otherwise I'm sure we would explored the game chest.

Grill was perfect for cooking and the hot tub provided soothing warmth to our bodies after days full of activities. Would recommend staying in this cabin.

  • Cabin was very cute and cozy for our large party. Lots of bunk beds makes this a good place for single friends. Good deal and close to town and the mountain.

About
We love living in this neighborhood, we have lived here for 17 years. Our down time is spent, traveling, skiing, sailing, mountain bike/cycling, going to movies, seeing live music and eating out. I love hosting and it's your home too for the duration of your stay and your privacy is respected. I will leave you alone to get to know the city or I'm here to offer ideas if you ask. I am always available unless I am doing one of the above activities :-) One of my life motto's is from the Dalai Lama "if you can, help others, if you cannot do that, at least do not harm them"
