New studio,just been renovated,close to everything.Kapparis and Pernera(2 min driving),Protaras(7 min driving),Ayia Napa(15 min driving).There is a beach(Ayia Triada)where you can go on food(15 min walking).It’s located in a quiet area and very good neighborhood.It has all the amenities that you might need and the hostess is always willing to help you with anything that you might need.

Quiet neighborhood, safe area, very good neighbors.
Cross the house is a bus station, (50 meters away), Supermarket (Europe supermarket), petrol Station, about 1km away is a bakery (Zorbas) and the first beach (Ayia Triada beach). Also Sirena bay beach is about 2 km away.
