Once a warehouse where Mardi Gras floats came to life, the building was thoughtfully transformed by its Architect Owners into a one-of-a-kind contemporary escape. It features high ceilings, private parking & patio. Fully licensed & secure, it offers an elevated NOLA experience in a prime, walkable location.

The space
Nestled in the heart of the charming Faubourg Marigny Triangle, this one-of-a-kind apartment is on the first floor. It is 1,300 SF of unique, modern space that includes 13-foot ceilings and a spacious living room with a wall-mounted TV and a daybed, an open concept kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a large dining table. Master bedroom with a new king-size bed and TV, a 2nd separate bedroom with a TV also and a queen-sized bed (premium hotel brand mattresses), and 2 full bathrooms. The bedrooms are accessed from a hallway (not through other rooms like many houses in NOLA) and are completely private. A beautiful, private patio with string lights overhead makes it a quaint space to relax.

Guest access
The entire Apartment is for your exclusive use. Access is by keypad. Come and go as you please. The Courtyard in the front is a shared area. One parking spot in our driveway is available only for cars of a specific size (see House Rules for parking details and more).

Other things to note
Our building has a total of 3 rentals, all 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The Owners live on the property and can answer any questions. Guests without reviews can only request to book this property by completing the verification process with Airbnb and confirming with the owners that they will show a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

NOTE: If using living room daybed, the owner must be notified so we can provide extra sheets, blankets, and pillows and guests can prepare as suited.

** THE PARTY THAT BOOKS THE RESERVATION MUST STAY AT THE PROPERTY (third-party bookings are not allowed).

Neighborhood highlights

Our building is located 5 houses East of the the intersection of Pauger and Burgundy on Burgundy. This is THE heart of New Orleans. Walk to the French Quarter, walk to Frenchmen, walk to Crescent Park & the River, walk to the streetcar, ditch your car and enjoy strolling through the 1st subdivision in NOLA. You can see and hear the clip-clop of horse drawn carriages that pass by our place throughout the day. Don't be surprised if you see a full marching band with dancers practicing down our street around Mardi Gras as many of the neighborhood schools often do. There is even one of the hottest brunch places in town 3 doors down from us so you won't have to go far for breakfast and lunch ..... and pretty much anything else.as to offer.
