Tim was very friendly, and responded to all messages promptly. The loft was unique, and the location was perfect - in a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants, and within a 10-15-min walk to the inner harbour.
I stayed at Tim's Chinatown Loft when I visited Victoria for the Tour de Victoria bicycle ride. I took the Victoria Clipper from Seattle and texted Tim when I cleared customs in Victoria. I rode my bike to the loft, and Tim was out front waiting for me. The loft was great for traveling by bicycle. There's a big freight elevator, and concrete floors in the loft. You can easily walk to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities. There are good bicycle lanes on many downtown streets, and there's access to an extensive trail system nearby. Tim's loft was a comfortable place to return to after my bike rides.
Everything was absolutely perfect. The location is so close to everything! There are restaurants and cafes right outside the building which is located probably in the coolest part of Victoria (Chinatown). The apartment is just adorable. It has amazing views and also a rooftop deck! Tim was very helpful and overall this was an amazing AirBnB experience.

Although I did not have the opportunity to meet Tim in person I thoroughly enjoyed staying in his apartment. Great location and neighborhood plus I loved the building.
Tim was great and met us when we got to Victoria. He handed us the keys walked us through the process and was more than willing to lend a suggestion for dinner, fun or whatever.
Tim was great at answering messages. It was lovely that he came and checked us in and gave us a quick run down of the local areas, highlighting the must see attractions and restaurants! The apartment is spacious and stylishly decorated!
