When I come to Victoria I always stay here. Great spot, great host and a great city.
This loft was ideally situated for my purposes; only blocks from downtown and the nightlife so you could walk everywhere, yet far enough away that you didn't have to listen to the nightlife and could get a good sleep. It is also walking distance to the Crystal Pool, grocery stores and lots of restaurants. Tim met me there in the evening when my flight arrived to give me the keys, and made it easy to keep in touch if I had any questions. I would choose to stay here again.
Tim was an awesome host, he was very flexible with our check-in/check-out times, provided some helpful tips on restaurants in the neighbourhood. The Loft was amazing, it is a heritage building with brick walls that must be over a 100 years old, good renovation, great view, perfect location to walk anywhere downtown, tons of cafés, shops and restaurants around it, the famous Victoria alley is right across the street, lots of pay parking lots that are fair in price. It was just a perfect way to stay in Victoria for the weekend. Would definately recommend to others and will try to book again next time in Victoria.
Quaint little place right in the heart of downtown; not far from anywhere you need to go. Tim is an excellent host and was always quick to reply to any questions or concerns!
Tim was a good host! Was early to meet me to drop off the key and everything went seamlessly from his end. Location is perfect. Highly recommend!
