The neighbourhood is where many people live and work in downtown Vancouver. Public transit is directly below you, and the subway (Skytrain) is a 5 minute walk to Yaletown-Roundhouse station. The Canada Line Skytrain takes 20 minutes to/from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).

Staying at Ians place in Yaletown was easy. It is very central to anywhere you want to walk to and also close to a few skytrain stations. There were more amenities than we were expecting and the place was spotless. The building was very secure, was next door to an awesome gym, and had many restraunts and grocery stores close by. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Ian.
It was our first AirBNB experience and also our first time in Vancouver, and I'm happy to say that everything went absolutely great! The apartment is nice, well equipped and very conveniently located, within walking distance to everything we needed. We didn't get to meet Ian, but the communication was great and the instructions were very clear. I'd definately recommend this place!
Hi,my wife and I spent two weeks in Ian's apartment. Everything was good, the apartment was clean and very nice. Ian gave us an instructions book full of advices about the city. Even if we have never seen him, he was always available by mail or phone for everything we needed. The apartment is in a very good position, near the public services, bar, restaurants and shops. Two unforgettable weeks.
Staying at Ian's place is perfect. It is conveniently located and the check-in and check-out process is as smooth as silk. We have stayed for lengthy periods two summers in a row and will try for a third if scheduling permits. When staying at Ian's place, you are equipped with everything you need.
we had a good experience at Ian's place. The apartment is located in close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Ian is a very nice host and we were provided with more than enough supplies ( toilet paper, kitchen towels,..)
This is a great apartment in a fantastic location in downtown Vancouver. Its just as described: well equipped and stylishly decorated. I didn't have a car to park and didn't use the bikes, but its easy to walk to most places I needed and there are plentiful buses and trains. There are good bars nearby, plenty of places to eat to suit all pockets and some great grocery stores, including some very funky but pricey places. I didn't meet Ian directly, but he gave me very clear instructions on finding the place and how it works.
I can strongly recommend Ian's apartment.
