This new apartment in fantastic downtown Vancouver is 1 block from Granville Street. 5 minute walk to Yaletown, Granville Island, Pacific Centre, seawall. 10 minutes to Gastown, 15 to Stanley Park.
The neighbourhood is where many people live and work in downtown Vancouver. Public transit is directly below you, and the subway (Skytrain) is a 5 minute walk to Yaletown-Roundhouse station. The Canada Line Skytrain takes 20 minutes to/from the Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
Consider what you can do in just a few minutes from here:
- dozens of various restaurants, cafes and convenience stores outside the front door of the building.
- 1 minute to fabulous Granville St with a huge list of entertainment from clubs, to lounges, liquor stores and music venues.
- 5 minutes to the seawall - this goes all around downtown Vancouver. This is perfect to a stroll, biking or roller blading...... all the way to fabulous Stanley Park. Total 42 km 26 miles!
- 5 minutes to the short ferry (Aquabus) to Granville Island - the best tourist destination in Vancouver!

- 10 minutes to Robson St or Pacific Centre Mall for fabulous shopping.

Please take off your shoes at the front door so we can maintain this pristine accommodation for all. This is a true one bedroom, non-shared apartment. It feels like a upscale 600 square feet (56 square meter) hotel suite with all amenities including one parking space.
We stayed last week for eight nights at Ian's apartment and we can highly recommend it! The location is great and everything is in walking distance. It was easy to communicate with Ian and we always got prompt replies to our questions. The apartment looks exactely like the pictures and you will not have bad suprises here. Washer and Dryer worked perfectly as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back for sure! Thanks Ian!
This apartment is exactly as described in the listing. It has a killer view with great light and a modern feel. The balcony is wonderful, and the living room has a zen like feel. The host was easy to work with check out was a breeze. I stayed for 2 weeks and the washer/dryer combo unit worked great. The kitchen is plenty big enough to cook in if you prefer. The bedroom is a solid size for 2 to be comfortable. There is plenty of storage space in the apartment for your clothing and travel items as well.
The only challenge I had was gaining entry to the apartment upon check-in, which was at an odd hour of 2am. The instructions to ring a particular number to gain entry through the front door did not work unfortunately. Luckily the building security was on patrol. I had to convince them to give me access to the building, and eventually they agreed.
This was our first time booking with Airbnb and it turned out so well, we would not hesitate using this route again.
Staying at Ian's condo was "the icing on the cake". It was so centrally located for us and well equipped with everything that one would need to make your stay comfortable and cozy. Being a corner unit provided lots of light and beautiful views from every window, not to mention the lovely decorative interior
After meeting Ian we went to his unit where he explained exit and entrance procedures to the condo and parking garage. It was easy and we definitely knew it was a secure building. Ian also provided travel books of Vancouver and surrounding areas which were very informative. When we discussed some of the places of interest and activities we wanted to see and do, Ian again provided advice and brochures. He assured us that if we had any problems or questions during our stay, he was only a phone call or email away.
We would highly recommend Ian's condo to anyone staying in Vancouver. We definitely look forward to returning to Vancouver and staying at Ian's condo again.

Staying at Ians place in Yaletown was easy. It is very central to anywhere you want to walk to and also close to a few skytrain stations. There were more amenities than we were expecting and the place was spotless. The building was very secure, was next door to an awesome gym, and had many restraunts and grocery stores close by. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks Ian.
It was our first AirBNB experience and also our first time in Vancouver, and I'm happy to say that everything went absolutely great! The apartment is nice, well equipped and very conveniently located, within walking distance to everything we needed. We didn't get to meet Ian, but the communication was great and the instructions were very clear. I'd definately recommend this place!
Hi,my wife and I spent two weeks in Ian's apartment. Everything was good, the apartment was clean and very nice. Ian gave us an instructions book full of advices about the city. Even if we have never seen him, he was always available by mail or phone for everything we needed. The apartment is in a very good position, near the public services, bar, restaurants and shops. Two unforgettable weeks.
