  • Our staying at Francesco's apartment was great. Francesco is a very pleasant host, he sent useful information before our arrival, met us at the train station, explained everything. Apartment is really clean, comfortable, and very suitable for two couples. Connection with the center is also good, you can take metro or bus and get very quickly to the main touristic places. Stay at Francesco's apartment with no doubts :)

  • Such a lovely apartment in a great location! Stayed there for 4 nights with a friend, and loved every minute of it-- spacious apartment, a stone's throw from the train station & metro, & close to great restaurants and cafes. The area is not touristy, so it's a great way to see a different side of "the eternal city"-- although you can easily walk to must-sees like the Colosseum, Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. Francesco is a great host & was extremely helpful from the very beginning which certainly contributed to a great vacation! Will definitely stay here next time I visit Rome!

  • Everything about the apartment was fine. We really enjoyed our time in the apartment, and the kitchen was also well-equipped. It was a very comfortable stay for a family of four, save for the fact that there was only one toilet. The hot water was intermittent for the first day but it could have been a building issue; the problem was greatly reduced subsequently. Thanks Francesco!

  • Staying at Francesco's was awesome. He was nice, helpful, and very welcoming. The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to train stations. The apartment is very cozy, the bathroom and rooms were clean and perfect for a couple of nights. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again! I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

  • Francesco is absolutely wonderful and his place is fantastic. It is an easy walk to public transportation both the metro and the regional train. We took the regional train from Fiumicino and it stopped a couple blocks away. The regional train was cheaper than the express train and was quite easy to use. (Don't forget to validate your train tickets in the yellow boxes after you buy your ticket! We saw many other get in trouble/fined for not doing so) Francesco was waiting for us despite our delay as well. He was very considerate and helpful as our luggage was delayed. He gave us a through tour of the apartment which is very well equipped. The main bedroom has a dresser and space to hang up your clothes. It also has a lovely balcony with a great view. The kitchen has everything you would ever need including a stove and dishwasher. The bathroom is modern and super clean. His flat is on the eighth floor and has a lift so no need to drag your luggage up the stairs. We had no complaints! The flat is a two bedroom and would be great if traveling with two couples or a family. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the flat as well. I would not hesitate to book with Francesco!
