The space
Damansara Perdana is one of the most exclusive and affluent suburbs in the Klang Valley. Here, in a prime location in Petaling Jaya, you will discover Empire Soho 2 - an exciting concept in residential and commercial spaces. Contained within is "Loteng" (meaning "loft" or "attic"). This is a modern SOHO duplex studio which, thanks to its unique design and 750 sq. ft of space, serves equally well as a home or office. Business people and travellers seeking a trendy, versatile, well-equipped place to stay will all appreciate the amenities this unit offers.

You will be just 10 minutes away from some fabulous shopping malls, including The Curve, IPC and One Utama - the largest mall in Malaysia and the 7th largest in the world! Tesco hypermarket and the cinema are within 10 minutes' walking distance. The KidZania family entertainment centre is also within walking distance, while the nearest MRT station is just a 15-minute walk away.

Inside, Loteng boasts contemporary urban styling blended with home comforts. Accommodating up to 4 adult guests, the clean, fully-furnished space is split over 2 levels and features modern decor with smart, artistic finishing touches. The lower floor has a bathroom and open-plan living/dining/mini kitchen area with views of the hillside and a quiet street. Stairs lead up to a Mezzanine level where you'll find a comfortable bedroom and private shower room. Stay connected and entertained; there's free WiFi throughout plus Netflix. Keep your cool thanks to the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Public parking is available on the site and costs RM2 per entry on weekends (reservation is not needed).

- The Living Room: Has a 2-seater sofa, a 3-seater sofa bed, TV with Netflix and IPTV channels plus a handy work/study desk. Enjoy relaxing leisure time or work in comfort with that incredible view as your backdrop!
- The Dining Area: Has a table and chairs for 4 people
-The Mini Kitchen: No cooking is permitted, but you will have a kettle, fridge, sink and some basic utensils and crockery
- The Bathrooms: One on the ground floor and another upstairs. There is a shower in the upstairs bathroom only. Towels and basic toiletries are provided
- The Bedroom: Has 1 plush queen size bed and 1 sofa bed, plus storage. Bed linen is provided. Here you will find the private bathroom with shower
- Within the Complex: There are bars, cafes and a theatre on the ground floor of the complex, along with a couple of convenience stores
