All about Mark’s place

Built in 1935, this spacious southwest style adobe home with a large private yard that has a beautiful garden is a perfect home for couples, a family or a group of friends wanting explore Santa Fe's many riches. You can easily stroll to Canyon Road, the downtown Plaza (less than a mile), the Capitol and Railyard art district. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home can be the perfect home base in the City Different.

The space
Casa Jardín means Garden House and the architect was John Gaw Meem, a leading founder of Santa Fe style architecture.

It has an immaculate large garden in a private yard in front of the house and can be enjoyed from the porch/portal.

Casa Jardín is in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the center of town, the Plaza de Armas.

Kaune's Neighborhood market and Ohiri's Coffee Roasters is walking distance.

St Johns College and Museum hill are 1 mile away.

The living room and office both have Bose sounds speakers ready to play music from your devices.

As your possible future host: Hello and welcome. I am happy to be of service to you as you enjoy one of my favorite places on earth: Santa Fe. I am well travelled, relatively new to town and have actively been exploring what this place offers and will gladly share the gems I have found from hiking, to shopping, to meeting places, to day trips and to nightlife. I am a first generation American Mexican who recently changed professions from working in the corporate world as an Engineer to being of Service and helping people out on a more personal level. I love to enjoy nature, entertain friends, engage in deeper conversation, and travel of course. Some of my favorite travel destinations include the Sacred Valley of Peru, Punta de Este in Uruguay, Glenwood Springs Colorado for some rafting, and Mount Shasta California.
