Open plan lounge/kitchen. The lounge has an L shape sofa (which opens up to a double bed) and relaxer chair. Patio doors to balcony with table and chairs.

Bath & hand Towels provided. Use your own beach towels. Cleaning products toilet/kitchen roll provided.

Perfect location for exploring Paralimni, Protaras, Pernera and Ayia Napa. Hire car recommended.

Located on the first floor, stairs and lift provide access. Located in quiet area of Kapparis, walking distance to Kennedy Avenue and beach in Kapparis. Protaras 10 min away by car and 15 min by car to Ayia Napa.

Apartment layout consists or lounge/kitchen area with access to balcony. Large Bedroom with wardrobes and air con unit and newly renovated Bathroom.

Lounge has L shape sofa (which converts into double bed) and lounger chair. TV and DVD player provided.

Bathroom renovated 2023 walk-in shower with wall hung unit and wc.

Kitchen has fan oven, 2 ring hob, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Iron, ironing board and clothes airer provided.

Balcony has table and 4 chairs.

In the bedroom there is ample wardrobe space, a double bed with side drawers, lamp and dressing table with stool. Black out shutters on window. Air con unit & remote (instructions in bedside drawer)

In the wardrobe there is a cool box, beach umbrellas and beach items which you are free to use during your stay.

In the tv unit drawer there are books, dominoes, cards and DVDs available to use during your stay.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

The apartment is located approx 64km from Larnaca Airport the drive time is approx 45 mins. Within walking distance to Fireman’s Beach and Kennedy Avenue. 5 mins drive to Paralimni and ten min drive to Protaras.

The apartment is located in Kapparis residential area approx 5 minutes from Paralimni & Derynia. The area is quiet and peaceful within 15 minutes walk to Kennedy Avenue in Kapparis. Pernera and Protaras are less than ten minutes away by car. Ayia Napa is around 15 min by car. Car hire is recommended (if you would like recommendations for car hire just ask)
