House is two levels. Lower level is occupied by quiet long term tenants. Completely separate entrances and living areas. You'll have access to the entire upper level: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, large great room, one lanai with BBQ grill and seating for 8, one lanai for relaxing on the couch.
Interaction with guests
We live on island but off property. I'm around as the property manager if you need me.

This is a family owned property where we act as property managers. We live near by and are very easy to get a hold of if you need anything at all during your visit.
