Complete waterfront. Spectacular views of Hobart city,Salamanca,the bridge and much more. Balcony off open plan kitchen living, also a balcony off the master bedroom. The back patio is set up to create another dining space, complete with two Bali huts, a fridge, Bbq and a beautiful outdoor setting.
Guests will have complete access to everything the Condo offers. From the stainless Smeg kitchen to the double spa overlooking the River Derwent. Everything is provided so guests can enjoy the experience with little hassle.
Interaction with Guests
There is no interaction with guests unless requested. We do live close by and would be more than happy to assist guests in any way required.
There is private parking for two cars right at your door. Public transport to the CBD by bus is available from the top of the driveway.
Other Things to Note
Located within walking distance to the Condo are many amenities including Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, ANZ and Commonwealth ATMS, a bottle shop and a bakery.
For those who love to exercise there is an excellent track located right in front of the Condo.

We had a wonderful three days staying at Waterfront Living, the place was beautiful, spacious, warm and comfortable. The views were amazing and I would highly recommend staying at Waterfront Living.
