Very good location. Clean, comfortable bed, perfect for my stay! Super cute decor!
The location of this place was ideal and close to a train stop which made it easy to get around. The studio is ideal for 2 people but 4 can fit if two of you don't mind sleeping on an air mattress and being "cosy." We appreciated that the room was clean and came with kitchen supplies (a few pots, glasses, utensils) and toiletries. Tee was available 24/7 and even came to the apartment after 11pm when we needed his help locating something in the room. It took a few tries to figure out how to lock the door but otherwise it was simple and we felt safe in the building. There were enough pillows for the 4 of us but I would recommend bringing extra sheets or requesting them. The building was relatively quiet and despite the location (in the middle of several bars and clubs), we were able to sleep quite peacefully. I would definitely recommend this location to a small group wanting to stay in the Division Street area.
The place is nice and cozy, exactly as description and pictures. It may be small for some, but it was totally comfortable to me. I am satisfied the owner Steve reached out to improve customer service. I would totally stay here again.
Tee is an Angel...
He saved my elderly parents, visiting from Nairobi, and were stuck in Chicago. All the reasonably priced hotels were completely booked and they had no alternatives. I contacted Tee about 5 hours before dark and he responded quickly. He made sure that the unit was spotless, welcomed my parents, and even went to the corner store to get them drinks. I am still in awe... I am so grateful that he treated my exhausted parents with such deference and respect. I definitely slept well that night (in NY) knowing my parents were in a safe and clean space. Thanks Tee... I hope the universe pays you in kind!
great place and perfect location, tiny bathroom and mirror. host was prompt to answer for any problem. a little bit noisy with the building ac generator by the window.
