fantastic! Had a wonderful time :) they have 2 cats that were the best :) and the bed and the room was perfect :) I had so much fun with these 2! It was great :) Thanks!
First things first - make sure you have an hour or more to chat with Lauren and Travis, they are awesome people and can strike a conversation on almost anything. The house is super neat and organized , and is located in quite a convenient place. They have two great cats - a shy one and the not so shy one (likes being petted). Everything is available to you close by and Lauren took me around to trader joes to help me get set up for my trip. Overall it's a great place and would recommend it totally for any one who is visiting spokane.
What an amazing place to stay while passing through Spokane! The beds were so comfortable and a welcome end to a day spent traveling in the car. The atmosphere was very welcoming and Lauren and her husband are fun to chat with and have many great stories to share. Also, the house is in a quiet residential neighborhood, but within walking district to shops/restaurants/bars, so it's a great jumping off point from which to explore. We were very pleased with our stay!
My friend and I stayed at Lauren's lovely house for just one night, on our way from Bozeman to Portland. It was clean, pretty and very comfortable, and the breakfast (steel-cut oats with blueberries) was delicious. The house is in a quiet residential area, within walking distance (5 min) of a really cute area with some nice restaurants and bars, as well as parks (for running), and just a few minutes' drive away (10 min) from the amazing Spokane Falls. There are two cats in the house, but they keep out of the way and the entire place is absolutely spotless. Lauren and her husband are wonderful hosts, generous, very forthcoming with help and information (we even received a little welcome pack with printed maps, recommendations for things to do, places to eat, etc.), and great for conversation -- we wished we'd been there longer to hang out with them! I definitely recommend staying with Lauren if you want to see Spokane at its best.
