The room was exactly as pictured and I had access to a nice sized kitchen, although I didn't use it. When we first pulled up the area looked a little sketchy but there were no problems and everyone was very friendly. The bathrooms could stand to be a little more clean. The toilet definitely needed a scrub but over all it was a great place to stay and the room was very relaxing. The bed is really soft too.
Lynn was very nice and friendly, anxious to help and make me feel comfortable.
The property however needs some care, the floors needed attention, ( sweeping, vacuuming ) the baths and showers were fine, although attention to details was scarce. All the windows and door not take screens were dirty and had holes.
The kitchen was used by several guests or residents. often residues were left in the sink form the night before. The outside refrigerator ( for guests ) was extremely dirty an moldy outside , the inside was barely acceptable, although it got cleaned once during my stay.
The bed room itself was impeccable and very pleasant.
Seems to me Lynn needs more help in making the place totally sparkling and (website hidden) would really change the atmosphere.
The outside smoking area was near the entry door, not great!
I enjoyed the quiet windy and rainy nights, and the kindness of every body, but would refer friends there only if a serious face lift was given.
Yes, very welcome, very responsive to any questions or needs I had!
