Hello!
This is a modern room in a 2floor apartment, right at the heart of Williamsburg.

Facing to a sunny patio, full of light, less than a block to the Subway (Ltrain) at the center of Williamsburg! More details below

The space

Please read FAQ at the bottom. Your questions may be answered there.

* Room is big enough for two, private, facing to a sunny patio, and fully furnished: Sofa bed, closet, a table, a mirror, and a beautiful brick wall.

* Facilitated Kitchen: a Dish-washer, stove and Microwave included. While the kitchen is not big, and probably not ideal for heavy-duty cooking, it's clean, new, and in a very good shape.

* High Speed Wifi, and A/C -in house.

* A back patio, and a rooftop- simply amazing on sunny days!

Prime Williamsburg location- half a block from L & G train (Lorimer/Metropolitan). 5 min ride to Manhattan. 25 min ride to Time Square. Easy ride from JFK.
The apartment's surrounded by bars, Cafes restaurants, quiet, and super safe.

* Hot water- all year round

* There is no lounge/living room, sorry :)

feel free to contact us with any question,

Thank you!

This place was great--conveniently located next to the subway and really good bodegas/eateries! Room is warm even in the coldest nights and the hosts are quiet and kind. Overall a great place to crash while exploring the best parts of the City and Brooklyn. Only wish I would've stayed there longer!

Daniel & Daniela are helpful and easy hosts. They keep to themselves mostly, but are very responsive when needed. I found the bed comfortable and the location very convenient. Cozy place to stay last minute and on a budget in NYC!

The space is conveniently located to a thriving Bedford neighborhood. Cool retail shops nearby. Access to the subway is very close which was a bonus. The space is segregated nicely so guest have a semi private experience despite it being a shared space. Although it was up to 6 people to a bathroom, it didn't feel congested. Hot water tank was sufficient for several users. Here is the other real truth. When we arrived the room wasn't even ready, please note we did arrive 2-5 minutes early. You would think the host would have been well on his way to finishing up the room. Instead all he did was turn over the bed sheets. Gave us two crappy flat pillows for me and my spouse. One per person. Thereafter, we were unpleasantly surprised to visit that same 6 person bathroom to find urine all under the seat toilet. We didn't even want to sit and use the bathroom. When I kindly asked for the host to address , it was not within his wherewithal to do it himself but rather wait a full 24 hours after our check in to have a cleaner do it. He wasn't busy enough to have friends over and hang, but he was too busy to clean the toilet seat for paying customers. The $80.00 ikea mattress is comparable to 9 layers of cardboard. The funniest part was the guest asked us to remove shoes when we first walked in as if the house was clean or as a sign of respect for his ways. Little respect was taken in making sure our experience was compensatory to the priced we paid, and we found that insulting. Next time I would rather stay at the Jane Hotel in greenwich village which would be a better hostel like experience. Be mindful that this listing is for a non essentials stay in other words don't count on luxuries such as towels, shampoo/body wash, extra pillows. Just be glad they left you single ply toilet paper to use, but also not a guarantee. All and all Daniel misses on the fine details that can make a guest feel welcomed and comfortable after potentially long travels. While it's clear this a no frills accommodations, even on the most basic elements he misses the mark. I would look elsewhere for future stays until Daniel has an opportunity to correct his business.
