Walking distance to everything in Jerome! Comfortable & private 2 bedroom house with STRIKING 100 mile views of Sedona and the Verde Valley. Hang out on the wrap around deck with plenty of space to lounge and enjoy the view. The Kelly House has designated parking, which in Jerome is a big perk.

The Kelly House oozes old Jerome charm but with modern amenities like WiFi, kitchen, central air and laundry! Did we mention the VIEW! Pictures and words just can't do it justice!

The space
The Kelly House is a perfectly renovated home in the amazing mountain art village of Jerome, Arizona. You have a well stocked kitchen and private outdoor spaces. Self check in makes it easy for no contact. Our cleaning team is also going the extra mile by disinfecting all surfaces, using bleach in laundry and airing out the entire house between guests. No need to bring water as we have an RO filter. Bring your own ice if you need or the Paul and Jerry's bar sells bags of ice for $3.

Absolutely No-smoking anywhere on the property. If you smoke, you must exit the gate.

We love well behaved medium/small dogs. Please inform us if you will bring pets. There is an extra $50 pet fee per animal. Some people have made it difficult for us to accept pets, so we do have strict rules regarding pets as well.

Downstairs features a wine tasting room and art space, " Vino Zona, " while upstairs is a charming home complete with everything you will need for a weekend, a week or even a month. The lovely kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, filtered water and more is complimented by beautiful cabinets, storage and stools by the tiled counter. The dining area has a chandelier and table that expands to seat 8. The large picture window looks onto an incredible VIEW of Sedona.
The bath features a cultured marble tub and sink with lovely lighting. Two queen beds with vintage furniture are the perfect retreat. Washer and dryer in the foyer by the bedrooms is quite convenient. Located just 25 miles from Sedona, this location is perfect as a headquarters for great adventures.

If you have work to do, why not do it from a mile high perch overlooking Sedona! We have a nice office space with a desk and shelving plus office chairs and complimentary WiFi.

I am a writer and professional songwriter, producer and vocal arranger. I lived in Europe for 15 years and am now back in the states. It is good to be back and Arizona is just a beautiful state! I own and operate The Kelly House and the wine shop under the Kelly House called "Vino Zona." Vino Zona features 100% Arizona grown and made farm to table wines and we offer tastings to all of our guests as a little gift. I also have a second location in Sedona which guests can also visit. You will love the beautiful Kelly House grounds with plenty of outdoor hang out space. I am a gardener, animal lover and I love meeting people and being a host! Since I am a writer and musician, I love and respect a peaceful environment to recharge my batteries. The Kelly House is where I stayed while visiting Arizona and part of the reason I fell in love with Jerome. It is a "good vibe" space with all the modern comforts and the VIEW! You will be wowed! I am wowed by it every day!
