Conveniently located between Downtown’s Lake Eola and the foodie-friendly Milk District, this beautifully unique space features an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows allowing natural light to fill the space. You’re only a short drive to upscale Winter Park restaurants and the vibrant Thornton Park art scene.

The space
This flat is in a centrally located three-story walk up. The private loft space is complete with private bathroom and living space. Walk up the stairs to a secured exterior entrance. Once inside the unit is right off the foyer with private entrance. Enter your oasis to find a dinning area to enjoy meals during your stay. Just off the dinning is a kitchen with high-end appliances and all you will need to cook meals including pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware and more. Living space includes a comfy pull out couch with a heavenly queen size bed. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets should you need to do some laundry while in town. High speed WiFi is provided, along with a RoKu with Hulu and Netflix to stream movies and your favorite TV shows during your down time.
