If I am present, we will get along and share kitchen and bath (there is a toilet for your own use). If I am not, you'll do just fine without me. Please be respectful of the neighbors. No smoking, pets and shoes in the apartment. Due to Germany's high cost of energy including hot water, please limit your showers to under 10 min. Use squeegee and sponge to remove excess water from the floor after taking a shower. Germany has strong and strange intellectual property laws. If you use the internet, absolutely no downloading and sharing (torrents) of non legal media is allowed. Unfortunately, due to a prior incident that resulted in a 1000€ fine demand by a law firm, you will have to sign an internet user agreement. Sorry and thanks for your understanding.
from the beginning boris was very communicative and made me feel welcome, even before arriving. this warm welcome continued from remote with tips on what to do in berlin. he himself was unfortunately not in berlin during my stay, but his lovely girlfriend welcomed me just as warmly in person and made sure i had everything i needed. the location of the flat itself could not be more perfect, right in the middle of everything really (from a prenzlauer berg-centric perspective) and close to public transportation. absolutely recommended!
Boris was a terrific host. The living space was exactly as described, and we felt right at home. He was always willing and able to provide excellent advice about what to do and see. Location is fine, directly next to a subway station with access to everything, but also reasonable walking distance to nearly all main attractions.
Boris' place is amazing. The apartment is huge, beautifully decorated, and very clean. We were late to check in and Boris was really nice about it, even made time in his evening plans to let us into the apartment and give us a quick intro before returning to his event. We had a lovely stay here and found it to be in the perfect neighbourhood! :)
Borris was the best air B/B guest we've had all Euro trip. He was enthusiastic and resourceful throughout our visit. His place was very central to many restaurants, bars, and music venues. Borris was very knowledgable about city events and had good recommendations on where to eat and what to do. Very highly recommended.
Boris was a great host and gave me a lot of good advises what to see and where to go. I spent there wonderful weekend and for sure will come back. Room is very comfortable and exactly as same as on the picture. Location is perfect to explore the city. I recommend Boris’ apartment very much.

I really can recommend this location! :)
Boris was a great host! He always wanted to help in any case, such as finding the right sights and locations. The location of his flat was outstanding, it was a really cool area and close to Alexander Platz!
