The property stands alone in the back of the main house with a great deal of privacy. We have designated an outdoor space with seating and a small table for guests to enjoy.

We live on a very quiet street in a nice area. Walking to downtown Smyrna is easy and encouraged if you like a short distance.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located on a quiet street only minutes from downtown Smyrna. In the last 3 years the area has exploded with shops, homes, restaurants and Braves baseball. The community has lots of young people and very safe.

Lives in Smyrna, Georgia
I am semi retired and live with my wife of 40 years. We have three grown children and currently 7 grandchildren. We moved to The Atlanta area from Kentucky in 2002 and it's now home. Smyrna is s great location for getting around Atlanta with easy access to the interstate and close enough to downtown to avoid the hassle of the interstate traffic. We are 2 1/2 miles from Sun Trust Park the home of the Atlanta Braves and the Battery which is filled with lots of restaurants and shopping. A great place to hang out even if there is no game that day. We are also 13 miles from Mercedes Benz Stadium and downtown Atlanta which has many attractions like the Aquarium, Centennial Park and the World of Coke. Buckhead, Vinings and Brookhaven are also within easy driving distance. The airport is about a 30 minute drive. There are numerous local restaurants and shops in Smyrna that are with in walking distance from the house and many nice parks and places to visit. We love it here and hope you decide to stay with us when you are in the area. P
