Boggy Sand Beach is the last part of Seven Mile Beach with private residences. You will find multimilion-dollar mansions next to 100-year-old homes, and that is what gives Boggy Sand Road its unique feel. The Kittiwake Shipwreck is a 5-minute swim from shore. Cayman Turtle Farm and Dolphin Discovery is a 5-minute drive away. Cemetery Beach and Reef is right next to Boggy Sand Beach. Barker's Nature reserve is 5 minutes away by car and great for kitesurfing and horseback riding. Many fantastic local restaurants. Foster's Supermarket, Boggy Sand Restaurant and Jacques Scott Liquor Store, as well as Dairy Queen are a 2 minute walk from the condo. We are less than a 10-minute drive from Camana Bay with shops, cinema, lots of restaurants, and free evening entertainment over weekends. Morgan's Harbour and its great restaurants are 5 minutes away by car.
