We had a lovely stay in this amazing house, bed was very comfortable and the house decoration is stunning! Plenty of space. Breakfast was perfect and they catered for our special dietary request :). The only downside of the place is the traffic noise from the main road which is a bit loud from the bedroom. The place is located in a very nice area with parks for nice walk or run.
I could write pages over pages of praise, but I try to keep it short. Joanna and Pete are wonderful hosts and their house and garden are just lovely. I had a perfect stay with Joanna and Pete in Sheffield. Wholeheartedly and absolutely recommended!
Really nice house, we were so delighted to stay there. Good location, 15 minutes walk from train station. Nice host, they were always friendly, and we can use their cookers, awesome! The most important thing is very good value, so economical. It's the best stay choice in Sheffield.
Great host! Close to town! Martha is adorable & the rooms were clean and we'll decorated.
Jo and Pete are wonderful hosts! There home is beautiful & a quick walk from the rail station. The room is great and so homelike. I loved reading in the back garden! Pete recommended some great places to see. Both he and Jo were so accommodating and I really feel like I left with 2 new friends. When I come back to Sheffield I will stay with them again.
Jo and Pete were wonderful hosts, and our stay with them definitely made our visit to Sheffield even better. They were extremely welcoming and helpful (the guidebook they lent us and the tips about some parks to walk through were much appreciated!) and the accommodations were very comfortable - I wish we'd had time to play some of the board games in our room! I definitely recommend staying with them.
A beautiful (and huge) room in a lovely house. I was made to feel very welcome and was greeted with a welcomed cup of tea after a long drive. The house has loads of available on street parking and is a short walk to the centre of Sheffield. It was a short trip for me this time but if I'm in the area again I'll be looking to stay here again.

About the Host, Joanna
We are Jo and Pete, two 30 somethings living in the wondrous city of Sheffield. We have a lodger called Ben who has a self-contained flat upstairs, but spends a lot of time with us too.
We are a musical family. Pete and Ben are in a band together and there's often music in the house.
Joanna is an English teacher at the university, so we love languages and different cultures.
We share our home with a little white cat called Martha who is a law unto herself.
