Interaction with Guests
We work full time but if we're around, it would be nice to hang out.
If we're free and you'd like to, we can show you the secrets of Sheffield - of which there are many!
If you'd prefer to keep your own company, that's completely fine too!
We live just a few doors down from the beautiful Norfolk Park with gorgeous views across the city.
You can walk to the city centre at a 15 minute stroll through a park.
The train station is a 10 minute walk - very convenient.
The tram stop is a 5 minute walk at the end of the road and there is a bus stop right outside the house.
Other Things to Note

My mum and I loved staying with Jo and Pete. They made us feel welcomed and comfortable and made sure we had everything we need.
The house is amaying, very well situated and easy to find.
I've had a really wonderful stay and so look forward to coming back, should the opportunity arise. Pete and Jo make lovely hosts, taking the time to make sure you have everything you could possibly need but at the same time not getting in your way and letting one get on with things. The house is gorgeous and luxuriously spacious but I won't ramble on about that too much; you can read one of the many other fine reviews!
Me and my girlfriend had a lovely time staying with Jo, Pete and Martha. We loved their house, it had such a cool retro modern vibe to it which we really enjoyed. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very close to the city centre which was either a short walk or you could take the tram which was just at the bottom of the road. Joanna and Pete put on a very nice breakfast with some awesome loaves of bread baked fresh the day before by Pete's Dad, which we generously helped ourselves (website hidden), Pete and Martha made us feel very comfortable with great hospitality and company. We would definitely recommend to anyone and we can't wait to stay with them again next we are in Sheffield!
The house is marvellous! It's very clean, tidy, beautiful and comfortable. It's the best house I've rented through airbnb by far. It's a shame we didn't get to meet the owner and family. Will definitely recommend it to my friends if they're planning a short trip to Sheffield. Thanks Joanna!
I had such a wonderful time staying with Jo, Pete and Martha. Their house has such a warm and inviting vibe. It's just a short walk to the city centre and university. A perfect way to experience everything Sheffield has to offer. Thank you got making me feel so at home and for your company!
Joanna was an excellent host. The house was lovely: great room, stunning kitchen and bathroom. Great location: easy to walk from the station. Joanna put on a very nice breakfast for us to help ourselves to. Would definitely recommend.
A beautiful home with very welcoming hosts. The house feels very homely and comfortable. The room is lovely with a very comfortable bed. They provided a good selection of breakfast as well as some toiletries which were nice. Overall I would thoroughly recommend.

We are Jo and Pete, two 30 somethings living in the wondrous city of Sheffield. We have a lodger called Ben who has a self-contained flat upstairs, but spends a lot of time with us too.
We are a musical family. Pete and Ben are in a band together and there's often music in the house.
Joanna is an English teacher at the university, so we love languages and different cultures.
We share our home with a little white cat called Martha who is a law unto herself.
