Take the Central Link Light rail from the airport to Westlake station, and we are just short walk, cab or free bus from there! Should you be coming with a car, we include free parking for one car with rental, which many hotels charge $25-$45 a night for!
This property has a fully furnished Kitchen, Wi-Fi, Cable, Internet, Phone, and a in unit washer/dryer! Your Belltown Oasis is furnished with a queen sized bed in the bedroom, and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. All the comforts of home, but while traveling, and the privacy of your own place.
Other great features of our building include the 3000 square foot rooftop deck with amazing city views, multiple barbeques, fire pit, and lounge seating. On the first floor you'll find the lobby lounge with more free wi-fi, a fitness center, pool table, and a 52" TV and lots of seating.
We have several units in this building with varying views, sizes, and prices. Great for groups traveling for business travel, family reunions, weddings, graduations, etc. Due to our number of places, and level of experience you will find a stay with us unparalleled. We have the best cleaning team in the city, and I would put it up against any in the country with 25+ years experience in the hospitality industry. We have thought of nearly everything down to hair dryers, soap, shampoo, and even a detailed welcome tray that has goodies for your arrival.
Sally and I are both foodies, which is partially why we invested in our first property downtown 5 years ago. As such we eat our way around our city, and happy to share our insight with you. There are more than 100 restaurants in our zipcode, so name the type and style of food you are looking for, and always willing to point you in the right direction.

Interaction with Guests
We provide plenty of interaction with our guests. We communicate check in instructions via email prior to your arrival, with plenty of time to allow questions prior to your departure. We also have a smart phone app, for those who prefer electronic delivery of this documents.
We require a standard vacation rental agreement, which includes a copy of the building rules, be completed by each guest. As a requirement of the building's HOA, these documents are to be signed and submitted to our office prior your arrival. Please take note, there are no additional charges or fees due for your reservation. Payment for your reservation will be processed through Airbnb only. To help minimize our impact on the environment we use Docusign to electronically submit the documents to you, as well as to our HOA, so that we do not need to print, scan, email or fax any of these documents.
Quiet Hours are 10PM – 8AM. This is a residential building primarily owner occupied. Please keep voices, televisions, and radios at an acceptable level at all times.
NO SMOKING! Smoking is not allowed in the unit, on the balcony or on any premise of the building. Please respect this rule for the enjoyment of our future guests as well as the residents of the building. You must exit the building and smoke at least 25 feet from any public entrances (Washington State Law). Also please note that smoking is prohibited on the rooftop deck and in the parking garage.
Please keep windows closed when raining, or when you are not in the unit and please do not use indoor furniture outside.
Notify us of any broken or missing items or of any repairs needed. Often we don’t know unless our guests tell us.
Garbage chute is located down the hall next to the elevator. Paper cardboard, glass and all other recyclables belong in the bins near the garage door. Please note that recycling is mandatory in the City of Seattle.
Pool Table, Gym, TV Lounge, Common Area Kitchen and Wi-Fi Bar area are all located on the first floor next to the lobby.
On the rooftop deck there are BBQ’s, a Prep Sink, Gas Fire Pit, as well as free Wi-Fi. Rooftop hours are 6am-11pm. You will need your Key Fob to access the rooftop.
At time of check out, please go down stairs, take your car out of the garage, and then bring your PARKING PASS, keys, and garage door opener and leave them on the counter in the unit. The unit can be left unlocked until our cleaner arrives.

The place was great! It was clean and accurately described. A very good benefit was the free parking in a secured parking garage. Wihtout AC, it was hot when we arrived. The host has tried to use 4 cooling fans for this hot summer in the pacific nw, but it was still warm. Hopefully a window unit might be able to be installed in future.
Host was clear with instruction on how to arrive and depart and has a service where all calls are directed. Place was just as described with a great balcony for sitting out in the summer! Location is excellent! Thanks for a great stay in Belltown.
The host made sure to send all directions and contact information prior to arrival. He was very quick with responses to any question. He also left a nice welcome basket with some nummy snacks. The location of the apartment was awesome, so easy to walk downtown. The washer and dryer was a nice plus half way through our trip! We definitely enjoyed the scenery from the rooftop patio. So beautiful!! Thanks!
Nice place in great location. Building is a little loud (I think there was a small dog in the next apartment) and the furniture makes the place feel smaller than it is, but the neighborhood is great, and the bathroom and bedroom are very nice. Very easy transit connections and very walkable to lots of locations.
Had a great 2 week stay in Darik's apartment. Wonderful location, central to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. I had an initial issue with the WiFi not working but Darik and his staff were able to fix the issue within a few short hours. I stayed here for a work trip and found the apartment to be well equipped with everything I needed for my stay. A well appointed kitchen made it easy for me to make dinner. Overall, it's a great place to stay and fantastic service!
Thanks for the kind words about our condo. We really do try to think of everything someone might need in our kitchen to whip up most basics; it's great to hear you agree. We work very hard to make sure each guest has a fantastic stay, and when something does go wrong, like your wi-fi, we make it a priority to get it fixed ASAP.

Wonderful location. Everything was within walking distance. The apartment was very nice and cozy. The only downside was the slow internet
Communication was great, someone always answered the phone or an email right away. Apartment was well-stocked, we were welcomed with bottled water, popcorn, coffee, and tea. Parking at MODA was a huge plus as we could walk everywhere from the location.

About the Host, Darik
My wife, Sally and I are excited for you to stay with us! We originally purchased a condo in Belltown to use as a second home in the winter of 2007.
Because of our nack at hosting, great marketing, amazing design, what was just an investment, has become a full time business. We currently have 35 properties in the heart of Downtown Seattle that we either own or manage on the behalf of others.
Sally is an interior designer by trade, and I'm sure you'll be able to tell when it comes to the quality items to help you feel comfortable while you are staying with us.
We take our position as hosts very seriously. Our condos are cleaned immaculately and have the best staff in the business. We are both foodies, and welcome the ability to share with you the best places in the city!
