We stayed at Bill's Arbnb for two nights. The house is spacious, plenty of room to spread out, but I wish it had been cleaner. I feel the floors haven't been mopped in a while. Walking barefoot was not pleasant. Bathroom was ok, but I think a good clean would be good. Also, a replacement couch in the LR is needed. I don't mind older furniture, but this one is shot. You pretty much sink into it a bit too deep. It gave us a place to sleep for two nights, but that was it, I didn't want to hang out there for any length of time.

Everything was as described and great. The arrival was smooth and easy. We shared the residence with my friend and his girlfriend. The house was spacious, clean and bright. We all had a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet and is near some good restaurants and cafes. Bill's suggestions were detailed and thorough. We recommend it highly.

Bill was easy to get in touch with and very responsive. The house was in the perfect location and is probably has the best value in the inner NE neighborhood.

A sweet house in a great neighborhood, close to the Alberta Arts District. Host was very responsive. Only thing keeping it from more stars was a lack of airconditioning, normally not an issue except for the fact that we had three 100 degree days. Otherwise we felt right at home.

Great house. Great location. Bill made the check in easy and responded to any questions we had in a reasonable time.
