Enjoy the comforts of home in a large studio apartment. Features a separate, fully-equipped galley kitchen, private bathroom, and comfortable queen bed. Floor beds and extra linens are available for an extra $5/person per night. Near BYU, UVU.
This is a brand-new, private studio apartment at the back of our newly-remodeled home. It features tile floors, a walk-out to a covered patio, gas log fireplace, and large-screen TV with DVD player. The modern galley kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, fridge and range, plus dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. Enjoy all of the comforts of home, and save the expense of dining out every night.
Your stay will include complimentary weekly linen changeout.
If there are more than two members of your party we can provide comfortable, memory foam roll-out floor beds for only $10 more per night for each additional person.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a downstairs apartment with living spaces above and adjacent to it. You may hear some movement and plumbing sounds during the day and early evening, but we do our best to maintain quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
The apartment has a completely private entrance, separate from the main house, with secure and convenient keypad access. The back of the apartment opens onto a covered patio you may use during the summer months. (Our family also uses the patio at times, so some coordination would be required.)
Adjacent to the private bathroom is a clean utility room with ample space for storing luggage and hanging long garments.
Interaction with Guests
We live in the front part of the main house, which is separated from the apartment by a locked door. We will be available most of the time to answer questions and address any problems you may have. We love meeting new people, but understand if what you want is quiet and privacy.
The neighborhood is family-oriented and quiet, but still convenient to schools, recreation, restaurants, and shopping.
Our home was completely remodeled in 2013 and finished in the fall. The plan is to install the landscaping in 2014, so don't let the bare front yard in the photo worry you.
There are several bus routes within a few minutes' walking distance going to Orem and UVU, or toward Provo and BYU. If you are a bicycler, you will find beautiful bike paths just a couple of minutes away.

This is a smoke-free property. We request that no alcohol be consumed on the premises.
Second stay at Wendy's lovely studio. Still astounded by the value for the price. New, clean, well-decorated - could not ask for more. Drank my morning coffee in front of a gas-burning fireplace that turns on with the flick of a switch. This studio has every amenity.
This apartment was beautiful and very clean! Comfortable bed and nice but small bathroom. Wendy was easy to contact and responded very quickly. Great location - central to lots of eateries, shopping and entertainment. Would definitely recommend staying here! Price cannot be beat!
It's a beautiful place, set on a lovely, quiet street. It's close to the BYU campus, the Provo Temple, and the University Mall. Wendy could not have been a more gracious or accommodating hostess! It was a wonderful, refreshing visit, and I highly recommend it.
Wendy is a wonderful host. I've stayed in this studio before. It is a nice quiet place. Very spacious for 2 people! Great Internet (had to do lots of homework and a few classes which worked out great)! We couldn't figure out the TV though- ha ha not very high tech with TV. Bed was comfortable and the place was very clean! This is by far the best place to stay and the most affordable (way better than a hotel)!
Our first use of airbnb was a great experience. Wendy offers up a great value in a central location between UVU and BYU. A very large space, nice bed and bedding, very private. Quality. Would stay there again and again!
This is a very nice place to stay. We appreciated how our needs were anticipated (everything from bath towels to an alarm clock was provided) and that the kitchen was so well stocked (appliances, pot, pans, and utensils!). We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return again. Thank you Wendy! ^_^
This was an all around nice place to stay. The hosts were very welcoming and the apartment was very nice. Just FYI, there is no laundry but there is a laundromat very close. If there was a laundry in the apartment I would have given it a 5 star rating.

We are the Asays--Wendy and Devin. We are recent empty nesters who keep busy with work, grandkids and activities. We are calm and quiet folks who love to provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for guests in our home. We have lived and worked in the Provo area for over 20 years, so we can give you lots of ideas of places to visit and things to do.
