This small yet extremely cozy and well thought out studio apartment is located in the absolute center of Kiev on the corner of the main street of Kreschatik and across from Bessarabsky Market which assures an absolute ideal location. Some of the hippest nightclubs, bars and numerous restaurants are also just a short stroll away. All of Kiev’s downtown attractions are also a short walk away from this prime location. The apartment has everything one may require for a comfortable stay including a small couch, queen sized bed , 27” LCD TV with cable ( over 75 channels ) , High Speed Internet , fully equipped kitchen with dining area for two, microwave, washing machine, Air Conditioner and much more. Located in a nice building on the 3rd floor with an elevator this is a fantastic simple yet very comfortable accommodation to consider in the very heart of Kiev.

location location location! this apartment is ideal-sized for one, a tight squeeze for two (especially the bathroom), but you really can't beat where it is. easily walkable to the main square with multiple subway stations in between (since you're at the junction of the lines).
it is indeed an older building with older furniture (the bed was a little mushy/lop-sided), but what very little you lose in creature comforts, you gain in authenticity, a great price, and, did i say, LOCATION!
there is a washer that works really well and a large fridge; i didn't use any of the other appliances. detergent is readily available for cheap at the Billa supermarket across the street.
if i were to come to kiev again, i would not hesitate to book the same place.
Renting this apartment from Arik was a great experience. Upon arriving to Kiev we called him and he had an associate come meet us by the apartment to deliver the keys and explain some details. The apartment is cute, clean, sunny and has all the necessary things you would need (detergent, salt, dishes, towels, clean bedding)- and a full cable package! There's not much of a view out the window, but if the windows faced Kreshatik or Shevchenko Blvd, it would be pretty noisy, so inner courtyard was fine. We were impressed by how nice and prompt his team was.
Excellent location, Arik and staff always answered really fast any problems or doubt that I had. Very small apartment with a good value.
My experience in this dirty place was terrible. Although the apartments is well located, building is horrible and in bad conditions, apartment ugly and very dirty.
Never had service fron host, asked for hangers and never got answer and other details that couldn't fix due to host never cared about my needs.
Don't recommend to work with this people.
Great place, great location. Definitely the best private apartment I've stayed in so far. Modern fixtures, comfortable roomy bed, nice view. Will definitely stay again if I return.
This small apartment is clean and cozy, a perfect location in the heart of the city. No shortcomings. I recommend it.
Эта небольшая квартира чиста и уютна, имеет прекрасное расположение в самом центре города. Существенных недостатков нет. Я рекомендую ее.
The location, communication and management service were great. The apartment needs some fresh painting, replacement of broken glass in the living room door, and good cleaning around bath tub (mold etc.). I would recommend to install Wi-Fi in addition to cable for convenience. I would certainly recommend this apartment and with such relatively small improvement would come back again .
Decent appartment for a decent price in a great location! Don't expect anything fancy or modern, but it is a clean and orderly place to stay. For that, a very special thanks to the cleaning lady! All windows face an inner yard, so the appartment is very quiet, but once you step out of the building, you are in the middle of action - numerous restaurants, shops, and busy traffic. By the way, there's a great Ukrainian cuisine restaurant just two blocks away from the appartment - O'Panas. Follow Shevchenko boulevard away from Kreshchatik street, and you will see a round wooden building among the trees on the square on the left side. Honest food and great service!
Two of us stayed at this apartment in July for 11 nights. I arranged for one of his drivers to pick me up at the airport and bring me to the apartment. Someone was already there to show me how things worked around the apartment. It was very nice to have someone who spoke English pick us up and explain things at the apartment with the lack of English speakers in Ukraine. The apartment was very neat and clean, but the best part was its location. It was just a few hundred meters to Independence Square and everything was within walking distance. The Metro was a stones throw away so navigating in Kiev was a breeze. The apartment had a small kitchen, washer, ac, and was perfect for the two of us that stayed. I would stay here again if I go back to Kiev. It was much better and cheaper than a hotel. Thanks Arik.
We stayed for a couple of days in May'13. The flat is really nice and clean, totally as on the photos. Location is awesome in a very downtown very close to all main landmarks!
