The studio is just as described: private, serene, and plenty spacious for one or two people. Marie-Jo was a fabulous host who took time to make sure I was comfortable in the space and had everything I needed. I had a great stay and will try to book again. Thank you, Marie-Jo!
A great place to stay. Very comfortable space with convenient access to Stanford and surrounding areas. Marie-Jo is an accommodating and considerate host.
A little oasis in Palo Alto. The host here was extremely welcoming and friendly and the garden studio is just an all-around relaxing place to spend a few days. Glorious light, a comfortable bed, and a convenient but quiet location in a residential area of PA. I cannot highly recommend this place enough! Already booked to return!
Marie-Jo was a terrific host, 100% enjoyed everything about my experience in her Garden Studio. I will hope to stay there every time I am in Palo Alto.
Marie-Jo was very accomodating to our arrival schedule and was sure we were able to get in, no worries. The description of the studio was accurate and a nice place to stay. Very nice neighborhood in general.
Marie-Jo was very welcoming and a wonderful host. The garden studio was perfect for my trip. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood with easy and private access. The deck off the studio is like being in a forest with trees and plants, very nice.
I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing, but this sweet space is so comfortable and peaceful you may not want to leave. It is an oasis of glass and light beneath a canopy of trees. Marie-Jo has thought of every last detail. The ceilings plus sky lights (and stars at night!) make the studio even more spacious than the photos can show. A deck for morning coffee and afternoon reading: it really is a place where time stops. Thank you so much!
