Wonderful trip to the Capital. Steve was there to meet us and help us with bags. The apartment was clean, quiet and close to bus routes. Information binder was a big help and good wifi for finding anything else out.
The apartment is lovely and cozy for two people. Everything was great in the apartment. It got cold (even at the end of May!) so we used the fireplace one night, which was already stocked with a log and a lighter right next to the fireplace. It was a great addition to the week-long stay. Karen was very organized and responsive before arrival and met us at the apartment when we arrived to give us the key. We rented bikes in the city and used them to get to most places, which made everything in little Ottawa extremely accessible to the apartment. Overall a lovely place to stay.
We had an overall excellent experience for our 5 days in Karen's apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighbourhood. The location made it very walkable to the downtown.
This was a perfect place for us, close to everything. The apartment is very well equipped and there was even storage for our bikes. Karen was more than helpful, even meeting us at the apartment upon our arrival at 1:00 am.
I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. It was exactly like the photos and Karen made me feel very welcome. Her boyfriend even took my bags up the stairs for me! The location was great - close to shops, downtown Ottawa and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here. Thanks Karen. :)
The apartment was great, nice exposed brick walls and a working fireplace - made our stay very cozy and comfortable. The place was clean and the kitchen contained everything required to cook proper meals during the week. I'll most likely book again for my next stay in Ottawa!
We had a wonderful stay at Karen's lovely and quaint condo! The unit is exactly as pictured and described in the airbnb listing, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Karen's communication with us was quick, responsive and friendly; checking in and out was smooth and Karen accommodated an early arrival time for us which we really appreciated. The location is great, some nice trails and green spaces around, and close to downtown, and the University of Ottawa. The neighbourhood felt safe. I would highly recommend Karen and her lovely condo!
