  • Jess' apartment is in a great, quiet neighborhood very close to a subway station at the Natural History Museum on Central Park West. We enjoyed the location as we had close access to not only the subway, but to the museum and Central Park. Although a small place, it had everything we needed. Jess was gracious and met us at the door to make sure we knew what we needed for our stay.

If you have issues with stairs, know that this is a four-story walk-up (no elevator), and the bed is accessed via ladder.

  • Everything was absolutely great and it was a pleasure to stay there.
Communication with Jess was easy, the flat was well equipped (kitchen devices, tv, internet worked without problems), the location is absolutely awesome, the check-in/out procedure was easy, Jess gave clear and helpful instructions and information about the flat. Thanks for this nice trip!

  • Everything was great. Communication with Jeff was easy via email and text messages, he was meeting me at the apartment when I arrived. Personally I used the couch for sleeping since I didn´t want to climb the ladder to get into bed. The location of the apartment is great, near the subway and Museum of Natural History, just a few metres from Central Park. If you like to go for a quick run in the morning, that´s perfect.

  • Our stay at Jess's flat was great. The flat is exactly as described, and it was perfect size for two people. It is in a great location- very close to the subway (less than 5 min walk) and, if you are a keen walker, you can get to midtown (i.e. time square etc) in about 40 min (and going through the lovely Central Park!). The flat was very quiet, being on a side street and in a safe area. It was clean and tidy, and everything worked perfectly (and the complimentary coffee and tea was delicious!). Jess was very helpful and quick at replying, and very accommodating with our check in and check out times. He answered all of our questions very fast, and his flat was prepared to all eventualities- it was unseasonably cold when we stayed, but he had an extra heater in the closet that we could use. We very highly recommend Jess's flat.

  • Jess's apartment is clean, comfortable, and centrally located. We spent a weekend there and there was so much to do in the immediate neighborhood that I never once hopped on the subway or into a taxi. The photos were true to form and the building is quiet. He's created a very thorough guide to the apartment and was very communicative and available throughout our stay. The internet was fast, the tv was easy to work, and his check-in/check-out protocol is simple and efficient. I'd definitely stay there again next time I'm in the city!

  • Jess's place is terrific. It's very near to Central Park as well as the Museum of Natural History. Perfect for one people or a couple. You can find out great restaurants closest to the flat. I recommend, it was a nice experience to me. Jess is very kind and would assist you in case of any doubt or concern.

  • The apartment is cozy and clean. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Strong shower, fast internet and cable TV, small kitchen with everything you need. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We've been there for five days in late december. The apartment is situated in the heart of Upper West Side in a wonderful neighborhood, everything you could ask for is within minutes walking time. And Jess was a great host! Someone we would invite anytime to our place. He was at the apartment when we arrived and was extremely helpful and easy to communicate before and during our stay. Next time we`re in New York we would love to stay at his place again.

  • Jess's apartment was clean, cozy and in a fantastic and convenient location! Jess was a great host, although we didn't see him during our stay he was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. The apartment is in a great location - only 2 blocks from the subway, a block away from many restaurants, bars, shops and the park. The apartment had everything we needed for a week long stay, it was great having a kitchen to prepare our breakfast before we headed out for the day! We would recommend this place to anyone!
