  • This was my second airbnb trip and it couldn't have gone better. Eva's place is just perfect when looking for somewhere to stay in San Francisco. The location is awesome, easily accessible by public transport and close to great running tracks at the Golden Gate Park.

  • This mini apartment was perfect for my stay in San Francisco. The neighborhood was so nice, close to Golden Gate park and on walking distance of some great restaurants. I had a super stay and Eva was so helpful! I
The room was clean and made me feel at home. It was also very nice to have private entrance and bathroom, I will definitely come back when I visit San Francisco again.

  • Eva was an incredible host. She is responsive, polite and concerned about your comfort. After my first day at the airbnb, she texted me to see if I needed anything and to make sure that I was enjoying myself. Can't say enough about her!

  • I had a wonderful stay at Eva's home in late May. As my first experience of Air Bnb I really couldn't have asked for anything better. Communicating with Eva was simple and transparent. The room was spacious and clean with fresh linens and towels. Eva even supplied me with shampoo and conditioner when I asked where I could buy some. The area was lovely, a short 2 minute stroll to the muni stop that took you pretty much anywhere you could want to go. It was perfect for my four nights stay and I will definitely look to stay with Eva again if I'm ever passing through San Francisco.

  • Another wonderful stay hosted by Eva! The studio is clean, cute, warm, and welcoming. It had everything I needed! Eva is gracious and a conscientious communicator, and bless her for waiting up to accept my late arrival! This was my second time here with Eva, and I will definitely be back. A lovely host, a cozy studio, a block from gorgeous Golden Gate Park, and a minute's walk to Muni stops that take you all over the city--I couldn't ask for more! Thank you, Eva! Aloha and see you next time!

  • Eva is a wonderful host: she is friendly, conscientious, and aware. I have stayed at her place twice and she has been a gracious host on both occasions.

  • This was a terrific Airbnb experience. Eva's place is perfect for one person - plenty of room, quiet, clean, comfortable, and a great location on the edge of Golden Gate Park in the upper Richmond district. I appreciated the nice touches, like a private refrigerator and a couple of dishes to use, and while the bathroom is small, it is completely private, which is a great feature for the rental, especially considering its price. I also found working with Eva to be transparent and simple - no difficulty in planning arrival, checking in, and checking out. I would definitely stay here again.

  • The room was very nicely furnished and really comfortable, things were chosen with care and nothing was flimsy. Everything worked as expected, the internet, which was very important for me because I was on a business trip worked without a hitch. The private entrance was very convenient and I loved the view out of the backdoor to the soccer field. The street was very old San Francisco and there where coffees and supermarkets in walking distance. The streets were quiet enough, so I could bike around. I only saw Eva at the end of my stay, because I was mostly out, but everything worked out per email without any problems.
