Interaction with Guests
Once I ensure guests are set up and have all their questions answered, I only interact if they need anything or have additional questions - they have their own private entrance so sometimes I don't see my guests for days.
Great neighborhood! Close to everything and quite beautiful. Walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, bus lines and Golden Gate Park.
You can buy 3 – 7 day bus passes starting at $22.00 giving you unlimited access to buses and cable cars. The regular price for Cable Car ride one way is $6.00 and the bus is $2.00. These passes can be purchased at the information kiosk at the SFO Airport.
Everything was fine. The room was as good or better than expected. The location was excellent for me. It waa near Golden Gate park and right on the main bus lines.
This was my second long (2 weeks) visit in San Francisco and I didn't even look for anything else: I went straight to Eva. Eva is always very kind and attentive to guest’ needs. Her place is spotless, very comfortable and quiet, there is everything you need and it’s in a great location.
I feel at hme there!
This little spot was fantastic! Once I worked out the bus routes it was easy to get into the city!! It was nice to have your own access into your room and having your own space. The host was fantastic and always quick with contact. Great airbnb and would recommend it!!
Eva's place was great. It was just as advertised and a quiet and comfortable spot for a few days. The private entrance and bathroom is a nice addition.
I had a great stay at Eva's place. The house and the room make you feel like you're living the true San Fracisco experience. The neighbourhood is also great and there is a bus just on the next corner which takes you directly to Market Street, Union Square, etc. Plus, the communication with Eva was really nice and easy. I highly recommend her place if you have to stay in San Francisco.
Eva is very warm and welcoming. The room is very comfortable, and is an incredible location. It was only a few blocks to Golden Gate Park and Haight-Ashbury, and close to public transportation. It's also near San Francisco University, so it feels like there is lots of green space around.
The room was perfect for what I needed. I enjoyed the separate entrance. Although it doesn't have a full kitchen, for me the fridge and coffee maker were all I needed this trip. Eva was very helpful with her video and made it very easy to find the place. Nice clean simple room.
