Meet and Greet all guest upon arrival, security parking access is provided if required, and a introduction of the apartment amenities and building facilities for you to enjoy during your stay with us.
The apartment is located on level 7 on top of the Centro Shopping Centre Surfers Paradise with all amenties at your doorstep. Surfers Paradise Beach, restuarant's and cafes are all within a 5 min walk from your apartment. Other local attractions within walking distance includes Cavill Avenue, Q1 Observation Deck, Surfers Paradise Beach Markets, the likes of Rigley's Believe it or not & the Wax Museum. All theme parks including Sea World, Movie World, Wet & Wild & Dreamworld are all within a 10 - 30 min drive. Casade Gardens & Benowa Botanic Gardens are also only a 10 - 15 min drive. Tamoubrine Mountains & Springbook national parks is approximately 40 -60 min drive.

The apartment is very convienient to public transport with a regular bus servicie provided by Surfside Buslines. There are bus stops at Appel Park, on Ferny Ave for all Northbound journey's and outside 50 Cavill Avenue, Ferny Avenue for all Southbound journey's.
Onsite undercover security parking is included in your rate.
From Gold Coast Airport you can get bus number 777 which will terminate at South Broadbeach where you need to transfer to a tram which will drop you off at Cavill Ave within a 5 min walk to the apartment located at number 3 Hanlan Street, Surfers Paradise. Ask the driver for a combined ticket for travel from sections 18 to 14. If you have time, getting your ticket from the automated ticket machine will cost you approximately $5.20. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes (depending on connections).
A local taxi from the airport is by far the most convenient and quickest form of transport and will cost you approximately $55.00 one way and takes approximately 30-40 mins (dependent on traffic).
Other Things to Note
The apartment has been completed renovated and recently painted, decked out with modern furnishing and equipped with all modern cons and 5 star resort facilities.
This is a non smoking apartment where smoking it only permitted on the balcony with sliding doors closed.
Please ensure when using the airconditioning unit that all doors are closed, to avoid condensation forming.
Pets are not allowed as per the Building Manager regulations.
Strict no party policy or large groups within the apartments. Your rate is calculate on the number of people staying overnight please ensure the number requested at time of booking, reflects the number staying overnight.
It is expected that the apartment is treated with respect and vacated in the relatively clean condition, ensuring all dishes, cultrey, glasses, pot and pans are washed and put away, and all rubbish is disposed of in the refuse rubbish room.
All dirty towels to be left in the laundry sink.
All breakages are to be reported.

Orginally from Sydney, relocated within the last year to Surfers Paradise for a much needed change, a sea change that is, which I must say I'm loving.....A lover of the outdoors and all it consists of, it took me no time at all before I've settled in, and now call this place home.....
Having worked with numbers and customers the majority of my working life, this little side business, has given me the opportunity to further be involved in two key factors which I am passioniate about and always make time for.
Having travelling the world extenstively and living in Europe for 5 years has developed me into the man I am today, a easy going, carefree, fun loving, social individual, that treasures his family and friends.
