This condo has ample room for 4; maximum 5 and is 200 yards from the beach! Has a peek a boo ocean view at this location. All rooms have cordless light filtering honeycomb cellular shades. Within walking distance to Seaside's fine dining, shopping, sightseeing, and attractions. Situated at the quiet northern end of the Prom!

Please note there is a 2 night minimum on certain Federal Holidays, Special Events, and during July and August, unless only 1 night is available.

The Condo is comfortable for 4, maximum can hold 5. Trifold mattress available if needed.
This beautifully remodeled and decorated Condo offers a brand-new comfortable queen size bed, along with 2 new singles providing plenty of sleeping space!

There is a cozy window dining area for 4, a two-burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, convection oven, and all the kitchen necessities perfect for a dine in experience or everything needed for a great picnic at the Beach or on the Tillamook Head Trail!

There is an infrared fireplace with optional heat to keep warm on those chilly beach nights.

For privacy and blocking lights, all rooms have cordless light filtering honeycomb cellular shades. In addition, we have a new HDTV, along with Digital Cable and a WiFi enabled Blu-Ray player for your viewing enjoyment. There is also a HDTV (and DVD player) in the Master Bedroom.

Want to stay connected with friends or work- free secure WiFi is available. In the Commons Area there is a BBQ for you to use. There is a patio area with tables & chairs to dine outside, along with a covered smoking area onsite.

Out front is a beautiful, landscaped lawn where you can plop down on your lawn chair and enjoy our spectacular sunsets. So, whether you are seeking that perfect spot for that special occasion, or seeking a fun family getaway, or simply to be away from it all- we hope you'll come stay with us and experience all there is here at the Beach!

The Condo is Pet Friendly- Pet fees are $50/trip.
Pets must be declared, and fees paid at the onsite office during check in.
