Each guest is provided with a clicker for their own private entrance as well as the key to the apartment itself. As a detached Studio, the space is ideal for somebody looking to live in a creative residential space, which feels very 'un-Los Angeles' for being in the heart of Los Angeles.

Neighborhood highlights

Silverlake is just a fantastic neighborhood.
Full of young families & professionals.
Home of the hipster or so I'm told.
There's lots of foot traffic and easy access to groceries / restaurants / bars / shopping / yoga / coffee / and a scenic walk around the reservoir.
Were located just a few minutes off the I-5 & 101 freeways. But far enough to not hear them. It's a very quiet / safe neighborhood with wonderful respectful neighbors.
I love it here and I trust you will as well.
