This home is in a scenic location.

Located in the beautiful hills of Escondido, this Stunning gated property rests peacefully on 1.4 acres with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape-rich hills.

With so many amazing features including: a gated entry, a gourmet kitchen, wrap around porch, multiple outdoor dining and seating areas, high ceilings, fireplace, private parking lot, 6 large flat-screen TVs, 2 separate guest villas, vegetable garden, vanishing edge Pool, Spa, built in BBQ & a fire pit with a view.

The space
Main residence has 4bedrooms/5bed + 1 crib (optional) and 1 large sectional couch with 4 recliners, 3 full bathrooms and can comfortably sleep 14.

The upper Guest Villa, has its own entry and private deck with market lights, outdoor seating, and an open floor plan with 1 king sofa sleeper, full kitchen, breakfast nook, 1 full bathroom and access to the main house laundry room. The lower Guest Villa also has its own private french door entry off the main driveway, 1 king sleeper sofa, full kitchen with view of backyard, breakfast nook, 1 full bathroom and access to its own laundry room.

This property is run on solar, our fruit groves and garden are farmed organically, and we have the house cleaned after each stay. This is the perfect hideaway property to enjoy privacy, for large group vacations or a family get away.
