To start off the location is great! I stayed here with my younger brother and we absolutely wish we could've booked the place for a bit longer. Very convenient to the subways, theres a liquor in the corner if you wanna get your night poppin with some affordable drinks, Theres also a market a couple blocks away so if you wanna cook up some food, instead of going out. (Thats always nice) The only problem I had was on the first night when the rats in the walls did a warm welcoming but they left after the 2nd night. But then again its New York something I'd think I would encounter. Besides that things went smooth. Few glitches with the wifi but if you're out all day it shouldn't really be a problem.
Also I wish I knew prior before my trip DOWNLOAD NYC SUBWAY APP its very helpful. Just do it! If you don't already know the sub. lines.
Didn't meet Paris but did keep in touch also his partner in crime which we did meet was very helpful & NICE!
Best advice from a friend that lives in NY "If you encounter someone that's nice around here...they aren't from here" So don't be offended if the New Yorkers you encounter are a bit rude. Thats just their attitudes around here in the big NY!
Great location, convenient, affordable, Just do it, and enjoy yourselves!
Safe travels, Jenny☺☺☺
If anything bring a couple towels with you!
Thats always handy.
The apartment is very nice and looks just like it is shown in the photos. We were a party of six people and had a great time visiting NYC. You can easily get to Manhattan or JFK by Subwaytrians. Summed up, a very good experience.
The apartment is great and looks exactlly like on photos. Location is good with easy subway connections to Manhattan or JFK. The place was clean and had everthing we needed. Ideal for 4 people :)
Really nice appartment, clean, quiet and located in an area where you have everything you need (grocery store, Chinese food, pizzas, café, Dunkin Donuts!). It is only a few minutes walking to subway (J and M lines, about 25 minutes to reach the center of Manhattan).
If you can’t sleep with the daylight, don’t forget your sleep mask because there is no curtain to hide the ceiling windows.
We stayed 11 nights in this flat and had a real good time!
Great apartment, clean and spacious. The internet was pretty spotty, though. Kitchen has everything you need for any meals you'd like to prepare. It's about a 6 minute walk to the subway. Make sure to bring your own toiletries!
Perfect location for cruising NYC. The apartment is clean and remarkably quiet!
Nice flat and very clean.
Subway to downtown Manhattan is nearby.
Very good, thank you.
We will come again next year.
Paris was a gracious host who was flexible with us on our check-in time and our check-out time. The apartment was big and clean and very close to public transportation. I'd definitely stay there again.
This flat is clean and is in an convenient position to travel to Manhatten. I did not meet Paris so I cannot tell you much, however the super was very friendly. The only downside was that We asked for the flickering light bulb to be changed but was not done during our stay and the wifi is not very strong.
I recently stayed at this location with 3 other friends and we had a great New York experience. The subway was a short walk away and got us to wherever we needed to be. The delis in the area had awesome breakfast sandwiches for $2.50 and a small 24 hour grocery store with lots of super fresh fruits and veggies. There is also a liquor store, restaurant, convenient store and bar within a block! The apartment was clean and had all the pots, pans, and dishes necessary for cooking meals. The bathroom was also clean and nice. The water gets really hot, so be careful, and the cable t.v. doesn't get the best reception, but besides that, the place was exactly what we were looking for!
