Beautiful renovated 2 bedroom apartment, nestled on a quiet block on the edge of Clinton Hill/BedStuy. The neighborhood is rich in culture and foot steps away from Clinton Hills, Fort Greene, downtown Brooklyn and Manhattan.
The neighborhood offers a cozy coffee shop (the Tiny Cup) three short blocks away and two full service restaurants (the Black Swan and Coladors) four blocks away.
The "G" train is three blocks away at the Bedford/Nostrand or four blocks to the Myrtle/Willoughby train stops. In fifteen to twenty minutes with a connection to the "L" you can be in the city and get off on the East or West side of Manhattan.
If you want to stay above ground and ride the bus to downtown Brooklyn, the B38 and B44 are a block away. You can also walk 4 short blocks over to Myrtle Ave. and jump on the B54 and ride down Myrtle Ave. and jump off at any of the many restaurants, bars, stores and coffee shops along the way.
Pratt University is walking distance. The BARCLAY Center and BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) is a couple G trains stops away along with loads of shopping and a connection to the Long Island Railroad, C, D, 2, 3, 4, 5, N, Q, R subway lines.
Inside you will find great furnishings, art and comfort. Thrown in to make you feel more at home is a Washer/Dryer, Dish Washer, DIrect TV and Internet.
It truly is a gem and when you compare what you get to what hotels are offering..this is a steal! This is truly for people who want to be true New Yorkers...actually Brooklynites while they are here.
Primary guests must be 21 years of age. I.D. is required upon booking the apartment.
Will get keys at check-in.
No Extreme Loudness.
The place was great and great location! The apartment was exactly as described. Antonio was great with leaving information such as directions and things to do. Will definetly stay here again.
Nice Apartment, gute Aufteilung.
Antonio is a very helpful host. He answered very quickly to all our questions.
The place was perfect. Full equipped, very cosy and quiet. It was really close to the subway.
Our time there was very delightful! I highly recommend this place!
Nice and friendly rooms and a fully-equipped kitchen. Interieur with a stylish touch.
Subway station is 5min away. 20min to Manhatten. Just great!
Enjoyed my stay here and will stay again if available. The neighborhood was nice and safe which was a concern for me traveling to Brooklyn. I found the home to be clean and organize to easily find the things that I need it. Antonio was a great host and available as needed.
Lovely apartment in Brooklyn. Approximately 5 min walk to nearest subway station and a grocery shop. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe coming back late from Manhattan. It took approximately 30 min to reach midtown Manhattan. We didn't meet Antonio but he has left us with detailed instructions how to get around which came in very handy. We would definitely stay there again. Our taxi had some difficulties finding the apartment. Make sure to print out a location map when arriving from the airport.
We had a great stay in Antonios apartment.
Antonio is a nice host. Unfortunately we did not meet face-to-face but
whenever we had a question he was available.
I would rent this apartment again if i hopefully come back to NYC someday :-)
Life is a gift...open it! I live by this motto and encourage all to do the same.
I love different places and people. I always wonder what it like to live in another place so I am always curious about culture. I have traveled to Europe and all around the USA. The thing that I find most interesting in every place I've gone are the people. My favorite destination so far is Paris...but I am willing to challenge that.
I am a social person who prefers a quiet dinner over a loud club. I enjoy learning and listening and sharing.
