Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
Private entrance to sunny garden level suite in a historic yet completely renovated 1858 town house. Clean, tidy, well appointed, on pretty cobblestone street between Empire State Plaza (one block away) and Washington Park (two block away), walkable to everything on Lark and Downtown. The space
Abundant natural light through deep casement windows throughout, solid, restful, very clean. Grounded and peaceful: classic and calm, with stickley furniture, Coyuchi linens, a small fridge, microwave, coffee and electric kettle. Glasses, utensils, cloth napkins, wine glasses and corkscrew provided - no need to eat off plastic, unless you really want to :) Very comfortable, private, convenient space in an historic townhouse in the center of Albany.

Deep closets, new carpet, powerful and quiet AC unit for the summers, thermostat in the space to adjust heat in winter. Very reliable WiFi, strong water pressure; a restful place for deep sleep.

Other things to note
Great spot for people who value walkability and a local scene. Guests should be okay with on-street parking, parallel parking, an entrance with stairs, and dense urban neighborhoods overall. Not a drive-through chain store, parking lot kinda place.

Great location for runners - a block from Empire State Plaza (steps and hills!) or Washington Park (soft trails, very pretty) in either direction.

This neighorhood is a village of all kinds of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques and night life. It's 2 blocks from Washington Park - great for a jog - and 2 blocks from the State Capitol, Legislative Office Building and Empire State Plaza. Charming and colorful - but our street is quiet.
