Cozy Duck Creek Village mountain cabin with 3 bedroom, 3 bath on 1 acre lot close to the Village. Features include Wi-Fi, Direct TV, gas BBQ, fire ring and wood stove. Enjoy many miles of ATV trails, fish, hike or simply relax and enjoy the wildlife on the deck. Visit Zion, Bryce Canyon and Cedar Breaks National Parks; be sure to allow time to visit Navajo Lake, Aspen Mirror Lake, Duck Pond, Cascade Falls, Mammoth & Ice Caves, Lava Fields, Strawberry Point and much more.

The space
ITEMS INCLUDED:
1. Linens: All bed, bath, and kitchen linens.
2. Shampoo & Conditioner; Dish, laundry & hand soap. Bring your own body soap.
3. Paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags.
4. While the Coffee maker & filters are provided, guest must bring their own coffee.
5. Full kitchen: service for 10+ guest, cookware, silverware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, crock pot and full size oven to prepare meals.
6. Spices, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil and spray.
7. WiFi, DirectTV, DVD movies, games, and books.
8. Some fire wood is provided in the winter for wood stove.
9. BBQ grill. Propane is refilled monthly but no guarantees. Occasionally guest must purchase propane if it is empty.
10. Fire ring with picnic table on the side of cabin. Guest can purchase firewood for the fire pit from the village.
11. High chair & Pac-n-Play (portable crib)

Guest access
1. Guest have full access to entire cabin, approximately 1 acre lot, but can call me anytime if they need assistance.
2. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and ATV's/trailers.
3. Winter: 4WD or AWD recommended in winter months. County plows the roads and we contract out the plowing for the driveway.
4. Holidays:
- 3 Night minimums on most holidays.
- 4 Night minimums for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year.

Other things to note
1. Groceries should be brought from home or purchased from grocery stores in Cedar City. Duck Creek has limited services and supplies at gas station, hardware and souvenir store, 3 restaurants and 2 sandwich shops.
2. Propane BBQ Grill is provided on the deck but guest may occasionally need to purchase propane. Host refills it monthly but sometimes guest forget to turn off the propane when done cooking which empties the tank.
3. ATV and snowmobile rentals are provided in the Village.

Duck Creek Village is a small cozy mountain community surrounded by Dixie National Forest with its Blue Spruce, Quacking Aspen, and Ponderosa Pine Trees. At 8,000 feet the Summer temperatures average in the mid 70*, perfect for any outdoor adventures. In the winter there is plenty of snow to enjoy snowmobiling, sledding and cross country skiing while the Quacking Aspens provide the full spectrum of fall colors.

Guest can expect an average of 70* temperatures in the summer and do not need air conditioning. Evenings cool down and guest can sit around the fire ring roasting marshmallows, star gazing, sharing stories and relaxing with family and friends.
