The space
Blue Gully View Luxury Beach House is a beautifully presented large family home which is built over 3 levels.
A great floor plan features open plan design, 2 large indoor living areas, 2 large verandahs, one with 8 person spa and the other with built in BBQ and pizza oven, both with wonderful views.
Five big bedrooms all have luxury king size beds and good quality linen. Three bedrooms have views across the bay and two have views through a lovely native garden. Two gas wood fire places, a state of the art kitchen, an ensuite with spa and contemporary furniture give this house the WOW factor.
The large gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a 900mm freestanding gas oven and cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, double door stainless steel fridge with ice maker, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
There are large state of the art Smart TV's in the Living Rooms and 5 smaller TV's in the bedrooms.
Blue Gully View Luxury Beach House is brilliantly located only 5 minutes drive from picturesque and safe swimming beaches at both Mount Martha and also Safety Beach.
Mount Martha is the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula and a short drive to the superb wineries and restaurants of Dromana and Red Hill, famous golf courses, the rolling hills around Western Port Bay, the ocean beaches of Port Nepean National Park and the sensational pleasures of Peninsula Hot Springs.
Undercover and secure parking for 2 cars in the garage on the 2nd level and more off street parking for up to 4 cars at the end of the driveway.

Blue Gully View Luxury Beach House is situated in a quiet and peaceful location. I love the fact that the house sits up high and looks out over both a beautiful green gully then out to the bay. The bush is just so beautiful, extremely calming. Mount Martha Public Park is a short 5 minute walk away.

Greetings and Welcome to Blue Gully View Luxury Beach House in beautiful Mount Martha. Our family is lucky enough to own this amazing beachside getaway. We live at the base of the Dandenongs and when we are not too busy working and studying we love to escape to the Peninsula. We fell in love with this special home with its breathtaking views and the more time we spend here the more we find there is to love about Mount Martha. We have created a comfortable home filled with beautiful art and furniture that we can share with others.
