The Space

Lovely house in North Belfast, beside a large park from where you can view the original giant Gulliver from Gulliver's travels.

There is free WiFi throughout the house, each room has its own flatscreen TV with multichannel Freeview.

Longer term guests have use of the kitchen.

25 minute walk into the Belfast centre and the Cathedral quarter.

Breakfast includes delicious homemade jams such as strawberry, garden apple and clove, pear and ginger marmalade to name but a few. Homemade yoghurts and breads Irish may also be available.

North Belfast is known for its history regarding Cavehill and the houses where rich merchants would have once viewed their goods arriving and leaving via ship in Belfast Lough.

Nearby attractions include the zoo, cavehill and the old Crumlin Road jail house.

From central station walk or take the free bus to the city hall, walk one block to upper queen street and take bus as follows. Bus costs £1.90 and you can pay on the bus.

From Europa bus centre walk to upper queen street and take bus as follows.

1.6miles from the city centre on main the bus route., bus number 1a,b,c,d,e,f or from upper queen street beside the city hall. The bus drops you right at the end of the street, stop name hope field or Salisbury avenue,cedar avenue is between the two. Free WiFi and breakfast is included.
Climb the Cavehill on a clear day and enjoy views of the lough, Belfast Castle and across to the shipyards.

On Main bus route to City Centre, all buses drop you at the city hall. Buses are frequent, although not so on Sunday mornings
