Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le charmant Riad de Hafida. C'est une hôte remarquable et une excellente cuisinière.
Le Riad est parfaitement entretenu, décoré avec beaucoup de goût.
Merci Hafida !
Hafida was very welcoming and helpful with tour arrangements, calling taxis, restaurant recommendations, and a cup of mint tea - whatever we needed! The riad itself is very well-kept, clean, in a very convenient location, with spacious rooms and access to the pool and rooftop.
We ended up staying an extra 2 days because of issues with our return flight, and Hafida was very accommodating and helpful the whole time, even when our plans were in flux.
I would recommend this riad to anyone without any doubts.
Hafida made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Our room had everything we needed and the whole Riad is very authentic. It is brilliantly placed if you are overwhelmed by the thought of finding your way through the Medina. Its easy to find your way to the sights from there and get back again!
Nothing was too much trouble and she was always on hand for advice and suggestions. Her cookery class was great fun. I'll be recommending Riad Aderbaz to all my friends!
I was a bit nervous about taking my teenage children to Morocco since I have never been so far from home and I wanted to totally sure that my children would be safe.
From my first enquiry Hafida was incredibly helpful and accomodating. She arranged for a taxi to collect us from the airport, solving my first worry, then helped me to choose and booked a 3 day desert trip to Merzouga before we arrived.
When we arrived in Marrakech Airport, the taxi was waiting for us as promised. Hafida and the other staff were waiting for us with a tray of mint tea, which was just what we needed for refreshment. We arrived late at night yet we didn't feel we were inconveniencing them.
The Riad is very beautifully decorated, built around a pool with plants everywhere and with easy access to a very pretty terrace. The room clean, nicely decorated and was a good size for us all with en-suite bathroom as promised, all for a very reasonable price.
The Riad is very quiet. I think that Hafida chooses families and discourages groups of single men to keep it safe and quiet.
Breakfasts were delicious with freshly squeezed orange juice, a large thermos of coffe and hot milk, mint tea, Moroccan pancakes, bread, fresh fruit, cheese and jam. A perfect start for a long day of exploring Marakech!
At all times Hafida and the other staff were very helpful with directions, answering questions and trying to be helpful.
When my son had an upset tummy they offered and cooked plain rice for him which was very thoughtful. They didn't mind me taking his breakfast up to his room when he was ill.
After the 3 day desert trip which I would heatily recommend, Hafida offered to give us a meal. It was one of the best meals we had in Marrakech, perfectly designed to refresh hungry thirsty travellers... with slices of orange, tomotoes sculpted into roses, melon and cumcumber salad, followed by an enormous bowl of couscous and steamed vegetables, followed by Moroccan pastries. we felt very well treated! The cost of the meal was very reasonable too.
when we came back from the desert it felt like coming home, because Hafida and the staff had made us fel so welcome.
If you want a quiet and safe place to stay in Marrakech i would recommend the Riad Aderbaz.
The location is away from the main square down a quiet alley and quite quiet, but only 5 minutes away from the centre of town so it is very well situated. After a day we had learned the way back, and once you know where it is it is easy to find.
I really can't recommend this hotel enough, it really made our holiday enjoyable.
