The place is central to all undergrounds, the Euro Tunnel, and great shop and restaurants, and Great local English Pubs to. My home is welcoming and I am nice easy going and friendly. This area is really the most up and coming and up beat place to stay in Central London, because of the easy access to most places from here. There is a great selection of shops, for those who like to shop till they drop, and many more further up into the great West End. There is also great parks,Regent Park,Tavistock Square Park, and a small Bus ride away,Hampstead Heath a great wilderness in the middle of London.I work full time, so I can only be available to receive guests at an evening arrival after 8 pm

Great location to explore around Bloomsbury; charming cafes and lots of tempting bookstores and pubs in the area, as well as easy access to trains at St Pancras/ King's Cross/ Euston. Room and shared bath clean and comfortable, tucked away in a mews row house. No meal provided but the room has a kettle for a cup of tea. Friendly cat and cheerful host!
Lovely host, great location - can't complain. Will look to stay again next time I'm in London.
I had a decent stay at Modu's house, a nice, simple and comfortable room and a warm welcome. Although the house was a bit noisy, during rest hours I could sleep well. Modu was very relaxed on check-in / check-out hours. Internet speed was ok as well.
My stay with Mudo was far from pleasant.
The room was as shown in the pictures, I was given clean sheets and one towel, I overlooked the fact that the towel had a big hole in it, I'm a host myself and i would never do that.
Mudo welcomed me properly and besides the towel detail I was happy to have chosen her. I stayed for two nights and the first night was smooth and comfortable.
The second night around 1.30 am my rest was interrupted by loud music and noise coming from the living room where obviously Modu and friends were having a party, again i would never do this with a paying guest in my house but if I did I would have the courtesy to warn them and try to keep it as low as possible, after a while when i realized this wasn't going to be finished soon I politely asked her to lower the volume a little bit so i could rest, Modu, I guess inebriated, verbally attacked me and repeatedly threatened to kick me out the house only for having asked to lower the volume a little bit, my attempts to resolve the argument peacefully miserably failed and i had to close the conversation to stop her yelling at me, her tone was threatening and I had to lock myself in the room afraid that yelling wasn't the only thing that she would do that night; the music went on for hours, even louder.
The next morning, unrested, I felt myself compelled to leave at a very early hour and despite my train out of London was later that night i preferred wondering around all day then spending other time in that house.
This is not what I call hospitality and wouldn't recommend this room also considered how costly it was. But I am sure my host understood and won't do it again.
Sorry my guest felt the need to make a complaint via AIrbnb that night, rather than come down stairs to ask me to turn the music down politely like a mature adult women. I was not having a party as she so wrongly assumed and accused me of, I had just one guest that came to see me. I was actually the one that felt very vary of her behaviour, as she seemed very agitated and neurotic when talking to her that night. I felt this guest came into my home with a lot of mental baggage, not to talk about the huge suit case she came with for a weekend stay. My guest that was with me that night, was worried for us both, as she heard this guest acting unstable. This has been the first bad review ,I have had, and has made me think about who I allow into my home and space in the future, I certainly do not want to have this experience in my home ever again, and I hope this serves as a warning to other host,s be very careful who you allow into your home..
My first AirBnB experience with Modu was a pleasure, the bed was comfy and aside of occasional passers by from the complex it was pretty peaceful! It was nice to have the freedom to come and go as I pleased; Modu is very accomodating and a nice person to chat to over a cuppa! Bravo.
Modu was a welcoming, helpful and nice host, very patient. Modu's house and the room were very comfortable and clean, I had a pleasant stay, in a nice neibourghood also.
Outstanding location, within walking distance to the British Museum, British Library and even Covent Garden, in a safe neighbourhood. Also close to the terminus of the Gatwick Express, and a Piccadilly Line Tube station (the direct line you take to/from Heathrow).
Modu was really friendly and welcoming. Communication was great and the place was really clean.
Her location is very central, right in the heart of Bloomsbury and very close to both King's Cross station and the Russell Square tube stop.
When I was there she was renting out two rooms, so you may have one other guest staying there when you're there.
Modu took great care of me; she is extremely personable and helpful. The room and whole house is clean and lovely. I really enjoyed my stay and Modu was able to accommodate all my requests. I would have no hesitation in returning. The property is in a great location in a private gated community within easy proximity of shops and tube, yet very quiet.
