Café Lu is a beautiful apartment in Pelican Key in St Maarten. Bright and Breezy, it has a fabulous Ocean View. I master bedroom, 1 loft bedroom and 2 Bathrooms make it perfect for 2 to 4 guests. Fully equipped with all modern amenities!
The apartment is very comfortable and has a lovely atmosphere.
The master bedroom has plenty of closet space and an en suite walk in shower. The king size bed has a tempurpedic mattress. The loft room is situated above the living room and is comfy and cozy. Both spaces can be fully air conditioned but there is generally enough breeze that this is not necessary except during the mid summer months. The windows are glass louvers with mosquito screens allowing plenty of light and fresh air into the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped as the owner loves to cook and the kitchen layout adjacent, to the living room makes the space great for interaction. The party is after all, always in the kitchen!
The terrace has the dining table and chairs and a gorgeous view of the Caribbean Sea and Saba.
There is satellite TV in both the master bedroom and the living room and Wifi throughout the apartment.
Other amenities include a washing machine and full size dishwasher. Weekly cleaning and linen / towel changeover is included in the price.
The apartment is upstairs on the second floor making it private and secure. There are 2 designated parking spaces. Almost directly in front of the apartment, there is an easement to the rocky / sandy beach which is lovely for a sunset walk or an early morning swim.
Pelican is a lovely neighborhood that is both peaceful and friendly. It is also really centrally located to the best the island has to offer!
I fell in love with Eze 3 Years ago and returned each year before purchasing my Petite Villa.
Eze Sur Mer - quite simply put - is Magical! The location is perfect for exploring both the French and Italian Riviera's - although just spending a week in Eze at the Beach and hiking the hills is the perfect relaxing vacation. Of course, Monaco is a stones throw away for a night out on the town - and nearby Plage Mala and Paloma Beach offer more variety should one tire of Anjuna Beach. (Unlikely :))
La Petite Reserve is secure with its gated entrance and Guardian who lives on the property. The off road parking and easy access is a huge benefit if you are driving a car. If not, the bus stop and train station located nearby, make it possible to live here entirely without a car.
