Sandy walk in beach and two deep water docks , fire pit outside and new shed bar, inside wet bar, large livingroom, newly tuned piano for sign-a-longs, formal dining room seats 8 , eat-in kitchen with table for 6, large kitchen to accommodate several cooks and two BBQ grills and prep table outside. Plenty of outside seating! Large front lawn and side lawn for activities!

The space
Great place for multi generational gatherings! Very easy access inside and out. Perfect location to tour the ADIRONDACK scenery. Just one mile from Main ST , and on the 32 mile chain of lakes, bring your motor boats or human powered boats! Enjoy the fire pit and shed bar!

Other things to note
Two deep water docks. Lower lake is connected to the 32 mile Saranac Lake Chain of Lakes, travel to the village via the one set of Locks and in to Middle Saranac via the other set of locks! Excellent swimming at the B's Hive! Scenic tours via 15 passenger van or pontoon Boat can be arranged from this location via ADK Express 518-524-6963!
