The Halsey House is an 800 sq.Ft. one bedroom second story back apartment renovated for use by Texas Tech parents and visitors to Lubbock.

The space
The Halsey house features a living room , kitchen, master suite and two full baths.The open concept living room has a 55 inch flat screen TV, couch, chair, ottoman, bar stools with enough seating for four to six. The isolated master suite features a queen bed with luxury linens, 50 inch TV, master bath, closet, washer and dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee station, full size refrigerator, farm sink, gas stove,microwave, and dishwasher. It includes dishes, silverware, utensils, pots and pans, so you can prepare dinner or bring home something from your favorite Lubbock restaurant
The full size second hall bathroom , located in living area, features a full size shower, vanity and linens.

Guest access
The Halsey House also features Hall's Bar, the private indoor / outdoor patio bar located below Halsey House. Hall's Bar is available to guest staying at Halsey House. The outdoor Pavilion can be used during your stay. A fireplace, seating area, dining table and television is under the pavilion. Large gatherings are not allowed in this cozy couple's retreat. Halsey House is located in the backyard of a private residence
